The goal of this randomized controlled intervention trial is to evaluate an integrated, interdisciplinary, multi-level maternity care home model (MCHM) aimed at reducing severe maternal morbidity (SMM) among a group of Black indigenous and people of color (BIPOC) patients. The main question it aims to answer is whether a patient-centered MCHM will address the gap in social, structural, and health system factors that contribute to disparities for the most vulnerable patients, thereby reducing SMM. Participants will be randomized to a MCHM (office-based prenatal care that is integrated with social services within the MCHM) or standard of care (office-based prenatal care with individually outsourced social services referrals) and followed during pregnancy through 1 year postpartum. Latinos in the U.S. experience significant disparities in access to mental health services due to lack of health insurance, language barriers, low availability of bilingual providers, mental health stigma, and fear of deportation. There is an urgent need to identify low-cost, culturally appropriate interventions to reduce mental health disparities among this population. This project will address that need by implementing and testing CRISOL Mente, a multi-level, culturally-congruent community intervention to improve the mental health of the Latino population in Philadelphia. The goal of this observational natural history study is to better characterize development, transition to adulthood, health and behavior of individuals diagnosed with Williams syndrome (WS) or carrying other variants of 7q11.23 chromosome and to build a DNA and tissue biobank with samples donated by affected individuals. The study has multiple arms focused on different aspects of WS. Participants with genetic diagnosis of WS or other variants of 7q11.23 and their family members are eligible to participate. Study participants may participate in one or multiple arms of the study: 1. Natural History Genotype-Phenotype Study to test the hypothesis that health, behavior, and developmental variability observed in WS is determined by genetic factors and to characterize those genetic changes. Participants of all ages are eligible to participate. Either a blood or saliva sample is required for participation. 2. Biobank: the research team is building a biobank enabling the development of new laboratory tools and models to study WS and test new treatment approaches. A blood sample is required for participation. Participants of all ages are eligible to participate. 3. Development arm of the study aims to delineate the development of language, cognition, personality, literacy and mathematics skills, and adaptive behavior from very early childhood through adulthood in individuals who have WS or Dup7. The purpose of this study also includes determining the predictors of specific aspects of development (e.g., word reading ability, language ability, spatial ability) for individuals with WS or Dup7. Affected individuals of all ages are eligible to participate. 4. Transition to Adulthood study aims to understand how young adults with WS make a successful transition out of high school into adulthood and to help them in this journey by providing a comprehensive psychosocial transition coupled with a medical transition plan. In this study, researchers will learn more about the safety of BIIB141, also known as omaveloxolone or SKYCLARYS®. This is a drug available for doctors to prescribe for people with Friedreich's Ataxia, also known as FA. This is known as an "observational" study, which collects health information about study participants without changing their medical care. Participants for this study will be found using a group called the Friedreich's Ataxia Global Clinical Consortium (FA GCC) UNIFIED Natural History Study (UNIFAI). The FA-GCC is a group of study research centers that helps provide clinical care for FA patients and also helps researchers learn more about how FA affects patients over a long time. The main objective of this study is to collect safety information in participants with FA from UNIFAI. Some of the participants in this study will be prescribed BIIB141 for the first time by their own doctors. Some of the participants will have started taking BIIB141 after joining UNIFAI, but less than 12 months before joining this study. The main questions researchers want to answer in this study are: * How many participants had serious adverse events (SAEs)? An adverse event is considered serious when it results in death, is life-threatening, causes lasting problems, or requires hospital care. * How many participants had adverse events (AEs) related to heart failure or liver damage caused by the drug? Researchers will also learn more about : • Why and when participants stopped treatment, left the study, or took more of the drug than was prescribed This study will be done as follows: * Participants will be screened to check if they can join the study. * After joining the study, the participants who had never started BIIB141 treatment before must start it within 6 months. Otherwise, all participants will take BIIB141 throughout this study as prescribed by their own doctor. * During the study, each participant's doctor will decide how often the participant visits the study research center to check on their health. This will be based on the doctor's own clinical judgment and what is recommended by the drug's label. * Data from the participants' regular visits to their doctor will be collected at 1 month, 2 months, 3 months, 6 months, 12 months, 24 months, 36 months, 48 months, and 60 months. * Each participant will be in the study for up to 5 years. The purpose of the study is to determine if a radiopaque hydrogel rectal spacer, SpaceOAR Vue®, can be used in place of fiducial markers when aligning patients for radiotherapy.
