Clinical Research for Alpha-1 Antitrypsin Deficiency–Associated Liver Disease
Recruiting
The Redwood Study is currently enrolling adults 18 to 75 years of age with Alpha-1
Liver Disease. The purpose of the study is to evaluate how safe and effective an
investigational study drug is compared to a placebo (both groups will receive
injections, but the placebo contains no active medication) in the treatment of liver
disease. If you or any of your family members have a confirmed or suspected
diagnosis of Alpha-1 Liver Disease, you may be eligible.

A Phase II/III Trial of Nivolumab, Ipilimumab, and GM-CSF in Patients With Advanced Melanoma
Recruiting
This phase II/III trial studies the side effects of nivolumab and ipilimumab when given together with or without sargramostim and to see how well they work in treating patients with stage III-IV melanoma that cannot be removed by surgery (unresectable) and that may have spread from where it first started to nearby tissue, lymph nodes, or distant parts of the body (advanced). Immunotherapy with monoclonal antibodies, such as ipilimumab and nivolumab, may help the body's immune system attack the c... Read More

Neurophysiologic Biomarkers in Rett Syndrome
Recruiting
The goal of this observational study is to identify candidate biomarkers in individuals with Rett Syndrome (RTT). The main questions it aims to answer are:
Do these biomarkers change during clinical changes in individuals with RTT?
Are biomarkers stable over time in clinically stable individuals?
Do these biomarkers correlate with severity of RTT?
Participants will be asked to undergo an electroencephalogram (EEG) with measurements of Evoked Potentials (EP) to measure electrical activity in th... Read More

Hidradenitis Suppurativa Study of Izokibep
Recruiting
Izokibep is a small protein molecule that acts as a selective, potent inhibitor of interleukin 17A, to which it binds with high affinity. This study investigates izokibep in subjects with active Hidradenitis Suppurativa (HS), including tumor necrosis factor-alpha inhibitor (TNFi) naïve subjects, and those who had an inadequate response or intolerance to TNFi, or for whom TNFi is contraindicated.

Program to Assess Adverse Events and Change in Disease Activity of Oral Upadacitinib in Adult Participants With Moderate to Severe Systemic Lupus Erythematosus
Recruiting
Systemic Lupus Erythematosus (SLE) is an immune-mediated disease associated with inflammation of multiple organ systems. This study will assess how safe and effective upadacitinib is in treating adult participants with moderately to severely active SLE. Adverse events and change in the disease activity will be assessed.
Upadacitinib is an approved drug for rheumatoid arthritis, psoriatic arthritis, and axial spondylarthritis and is being developed for the treatment of SLE. This study is "double... Read More

Safety and Tolerability of TNG462 in Patients With MTAP-deleted Solid Tumors
Recruiting
This is a first in human study in patients with advanced or metastatic solid tumors known to have an MTAP deletion. The first part of the study is an open-label, dose escalation and the second part is an open label dose expansion in specific MTAP-deleted tumor types. The study drug, TNG462, is a selective PRMT5 inhibitor administered orally. The study is planned to treat up to 159 participants.

A Research Study on How Well Semaglutide Helps Children and Teenagers With Excess Body Weight Lose Weight
Recruiting
This study will look at how well semaglutide helps children and teenagers losing weight. This will be tested by comparing the effect on body weight in children and teenagers taking semaglutide in comparison to placebo, a "dummy" medicine. In addition to taking the medicine, the child's parent and the child will have talks with study staff about healthy food choices, how to be more physically active and what your child can do to try to lose weight. The child will either get semaglutide or a "dumm... Read More

A Study to Compare Standard Therapy to Treat Hodgkin Lymphoma to the Use of Two Drugs, Brentuximab Vedotin and Nivolumab
Recruiting
This phase III trial compares the effect of adding immunotherapy (brentuximab vedotin and nivolumab) to standard treatment (chemotherapy with or without radiation) to the standard treatment alone in improving survival in patients with stage I and II classical Hodgkin lymphoma. Brentuximab vedotin is in a class of medications called antibody-drug conjugates. It is made of a monoclonal antibody called brentuximab that is linked to a cytotoxic agent called vedotin. Brentuximab attaches to CD30 posi... Read More

Testing the Addition of Total Ablative Therapy to Usual Systemic Therapy Treatment for Limited Metastatic Colorectal Cancer, The ERASur Study
Recruiting
This phase III trial compares total ablative therapy and usual systemic therapy to usual systemic therapy alone in treating patients with colorectal cancer that has spread to up to 4 body sites (limited metastatic). The usual approach for patients who are not participating in a study is treatment with intravenous (IV) (through a vein) and/or oral medications (systemic therapy) to help stop the cancer sites from getting larger and the spread of the cancer to additional body sites. Ablative means... Read More

Recruiting
The primary purpose of this study is to compare pembrolizumab/vibostolimab to pembrolizumab with respect to recurrence-free survival (RFS). The primary hypothesis is that pembrolizumab/vibostolimab is superior to pembrolizumab with respect to RFS as assessed by the investigator in participants with high-risk resected Stage IIB, IIC, III and IV melanoma.
