Study to Assess Adverse Events and Change in Disease Activity in Adult Participants With Select Advanced Solid Tumor Indications Receiving Intravenous (IV) ABBV-400
Recruiting
Cancer is a condition where cells in a specific part of body grow and reproduce uncontrollably. The purpose of this study is to assess adverse events and change in disease activity when ABBV-400 is given to adult participants to treat advanced solid tumors. ABBV-400 is an investigational drug being developed for the treatment of advanced solid tumors. Study doctors put the participants in groups called cohorts. Each cohort receives ABBV-400 alone (monotherapy) followed by a safety follow-up per... Read More

Targeting Trimethylamine N-Oxide for Cardiovascular Health In Liver Transplant Recipients
Recruiting
Despite medical and surgical advances, long-term survival in liver transplant (LT) recipients is compromised by an increased risk of cardiovascular disease (CVD) after transplant, the mechanisms of which are still not fully understood. TMAO is an attractive therapeutic target to improve vascular health and diastolic function toward preventing CVD in LT patients. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to better understand the role of TMAO in cardiovascular dysfunction patients with chronic kidne... Read More

PLAN: Dementia Literacy Education and Navigation for Korean Elders With Probable Dementia and Their Caregivers
Recruiting
Studies have shown that ethnic-racial minority elders are more likely to be neglected from appropriate dementia care in time than the white counterparts. Among minorities group, Korean Americans (KAs) are the 4th largest and one of the most rapidly growing Asian subpopulations and have been characterized as under-resourced and underserved population of dementia care. This research is being done to understand how an education and navigation support program led by trained community health workers... Read More

Effect of Fiber Supplementation on the Need for Medication with Gestational Diabetes
Recruiting
The hypotheses to be tested are 1) Fiber supplementation will decrease the need for medication in patients with gestational diabetes, and 2) Fiber supplementation will decrease adverse maternal and neonatal outcomes in these patients. In this study, the investigators will conduct a randomized controlled trial to limit bias in evaluating these hypotheses.

Study of LY3537982 in Cancer Patients With a Specific Genetic Mutation (KRAS G12C)
Recruiting
The purpose of this study is to find out whether the study drug, LY3537982, is safe and effective in cancer patients who have a specific genetic mutation (KRAS G12C). Patients must have already received or were not able to tolerate the standard of care, except for specific groups who have not had cancer treatment. The study will last up to approximately 4 years.
