This phase II ComboMATCH treatment trial compares the usual treatment of modified leucovorin, fluorouracil and oxaliplatin (mFOLFOX6) chemotherapy to using binimetinib plus mFOLFOX6 chemotherapy to shrink tumors in patients with biliary tract cancers that have spread to other places in the body (advanced) and had progression of cancer after previous treatments (2nd line setting). Fluorouracil is in a class of medications called antimetabolites. It works by slowing or stopping the growth of cancer cells in the body. Oxaliplatin is in a class of medications called platinum-containing antineoplastic agents. It works by killing tumor cells. Leucovorin may help the other drugs in the mFOLFOX6 chemotherapy regimen work better by making tumor cells more sensitive to the drugs. Binimetinib is in a class of medications called kinase inhibitors. It works by blocking the action of the abnormal protein that signals tumor cells to multiply. This helps to stop or slow the spread of tumor cells. Giving binimetinib in combination with mFOLFOX6 chemotherapy may be effective in shrinking or stabilizing advanced biliary tract cancers in the 2nd line setting. Read Less

The purpose of this study is to learn about how well the 20-valent pneumococcal conjugate vaccine (20vPnC) works against radiologically-confirmed community-acquired pneumonia (RAD+CAP) due to the 7 new serotypes (types of a bacteria called Streptococcus pneumoniae that cause pneumonia) included in 20vPnC vaccine. This study is seeking participants who: * are male or female ≥65 years of age. * are hospitalized with physician suspicion of community acquired pneumonia (CAP). * have pneumonia confirmed with imaging like a chest x-ray Participants will be asked to provide demographic and medical history information, and to provide a urine sample that will be used to test for pneumonia caused by specific strains of a bacteria called Streptococcus pneumoniae. We will compare the proportion of participants who have pneumonia caused by specific strains of the bacteria Streptococcus pneumoniae and were previously vaccinated with 20vPnC with the proportion of participants who have pneumonia caused by something other than vaccine type Streptococcus pneumoniae and have been vaccinated with 20vPnC. Participants will actively take part in the study for about 1-2 days. The purpose of this study is to evaluate whether elranatamab monotherapy can provide clinical benefit compared to lenalidomide monotherapy (control) in participants with newly diagnosed multiple myeloma after undergoing autologous stem cell transplant. This is a global multi-center, long-term follow-up study to assess durability of efficacy, as measured by maintenance of treatment response from the parent study, in participants who participated in a previous bepirovirsen study and achieved a complete or partial response. In this study, researchers will learn more about a study drug called litifilimab (BIIB059) in participants with systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE). The study will focus on participants who have active disease and are already taking standard of care medications. These may include antimalarials, steroids, and immunosuppressants. The main objective of the study is to learn about the effect litifilimab has on lowering the activity of the disease. The main question researchers want to answer is: - How many participants have an improvement in their symptoms after 52 weeks of treatment? Researchers will answer this and other questions by measuring the symptoms of SLE over time using a variety of scoring tools. These include the SLE Responder Index (SRI), the Systemic Lupus Erythematosus Disease Activity Index-2000 (SLEDAI-2K), and the Patient Global Assessment - Visual Analog Scale (PGA-VAS). Researchers will also learn more about the safety of litifilimab. They will study how participants' immune systems respond to litifilimab. Additionally, they will measure the effect litifilimab and SLE have on the quality of life of participants using a group of questionnaires. The study will be done as follows: * After screening, participants will be randomized to receive either a high or low dose of litifilimab, or placebo. A placebo looks like the study drug but contains no real medicine. * All participants will receive either litifilimab or placebo as injections under the skin once every 4 weeks. The treatment period will last 52 weeks. Participants will continue to take their standard of care medications. * Neither the researchers nor the participants will know if the participants are receiving litifilimab or placebo. * There will be a follow-up safety period that lasts up to 24 weeks. * In total, participants will have up to 22 study visits.
