This is a Phase 3, open-label, single arm trial designed to evaluate Cretostimogene patients with NMIBC who have failed prior BCG therapy. Up to approximately 115 CIS bladder cancer patients with or without HG Ta or HG T1 papillary disease will be enrolled under the original protocol through Amendment 4, which will comprise Cohort C. Cohort C is closed to enrollment.

This phase II trial studies the clinical outcomes of hypofractionated radiation therapy in patients with diffuse midline gliomas. This study aims to change the way radiation is delivered, from giving 6 weeks of radiation all at once to giving 2 weeks of radiation. This may determine if there is a difference in the outcome of the treatment, and most importantly, the patients' quality of life.

Two recently developed artificial intelligence-enabled electrocardiogram (AI-ECG) models have been developed to detect aortic stenosis (AS) and diastolic dysfunction (DD). AI-ECG for AS has a sensitivity of 78% and specificity of 74%, and AI-ECG for DD has a sensitivity of 83% and specificity of 80%.
