This is a research study to evaluate how the genetic makeup of Pancreatic Ductal Adenocarcinoma (PDAC) can affect the response to FDA-approved chemotherapy treatment, FOLFIRINOX, given before surgery to remove the tumor. Certain types of PDAC tumors can be surgically resected (removed). However, not all types of PDACs are resectable, especially if they are close to important structures like blood vessels or intestines. These types of PDACs are treated with chemotherapy such as FOLFIRINOX. Research studies showed that chemotherapy after surgical resection of PDAC tumors reduced the risk of the cancer returning. Chemotherapy is used to treat PDAC that has not spread outside of the pancreas and is not resectable. FOLFIRINOX is a chemotherapy treatment that combines multiple chemotherapeutic agents, including oxaliplatin, leucovorin, irinotecan, and 5-FU. Patients receive these agents by intravenous infusion. Of these drugs, 5-FU requires you to return home with a chemotherapy pump that will deliver chemotherapy over 46 hours. This regimen has been studied in pancreatic cancer that has been removed with surgery as a method for preventing the cancer from returning. Studies showed FOLFIRINOX chemotherapy reduced the risk of cancer returning and increased patients survival. In this study, researchers want to know if FOLFIRINOX chemotherapy given before surgery will make the cancer easier to remove with surgery and increase the chances of the cancer staying away after surgery. Researchers have shown that pancreatic cancers are not all the same when you look at the DNA and RNA that is inside a pancreatic cancer cell. Depending on the expression of different genes in a cancer cell, some pancreatic cancers may respond differently to chemotherapy. In this study researchers want to know if FOLFIRINOX chemotherapy can change the genetic profile of the cancer. This will be studied by obtaining a biopsy of the cancer before the start of chemotherapy, and after 8 treatments of chemotherapy. This is a phase 2a, multicenter, randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled study to evaluate the safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetics (PK), and pharmacodynamics (PD) of NST-6179 in subjects with intestinal failure-associated liver disease (IFALD) receiving parenteral nutrition (PN). The study will be conducted in 2 sequential parts. Up to 36 subjects diagnosed with IFALD will be enrolled in the study, of which up to 18 subjects will be enrolled in each of the 2 parts and randomized (2:1) to receive NST-6179 (N=12/part) or matched placebo (N=6/part). Subjects in Part A will receive once daily (QD) oral administration of 800 mg (32 mL solution) NST-6179 or placebo for 4 weeks. The NST-6179 dose for Part B is planned to be 1200 mg QD for 12 weeks. The purpose of this study is to utilize transrectal ultrasound (TRUS) images of the intact and post-hysterectomy female pelvis in order to provide feasibility information for a Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI)-TRUS fusion based 3D needle navigation system for use in image guided brachytherapy. The fusion and needle guidance will be performed using Eigen Health's navigation system that currently provides targeted MR/Ultrasound fusion based prostate biopsies utilizing a proprietary 3D semi-robotic navigation system. To improve patient selection for head CT, a safe and high sensitivity screening neuroimaging modality is needed. Currently many clinicians must make treatment decisions based solely on the patients clinical exam, which has low sensitivity and specificity and low inter-rater reliability. This study is being done to learn more about B-mode cranial point-of-care ultrasound (cPOCUS). Ultrasound has several advantages. To develop a culturally tailored informational mobile application and test whether it will increase participation among Black pancreatic cancer subjects in clinical trial discussions with their care team. This project aims to identify and address barriers to enrollment of Black subjects in pancreatic cancer clinical trials using a culturally informed mobile health application to promote participation. The clinical trial education and communication needs of Black people with pancreatic cancer will be determined. A new mHealth application for clinical trial education and communication tailored to subject needs will be developed. It was hypothesized that a culturally tailored informational mobile application will increase the participation of Black subjects in clinical trial discussions with their care team among the target population. This study focuses on Black pancreatic cancer subjects, who experience higher mortality rates and lower clinical trial participation than White subjects. Research shows that the disparity between clinical trial participation is in part due to inequitable recruitment practices. This study will use mobile application technology (mHealth app) as an educational, communication, audit, and feedback tool to promote patient-initiated clinical trial discussions among Black people with pancreatic cancer and their cancer care team. This is an interventional study to evaluate the use of CTO1681 in preventing or reducing CAR T-cell-induced toxicities like cytokine release syndrome (CRS). This study will enroll adult patients with DLBCL who are scheduled to receive CD19-directed CAR T-cell therapy. The first phase of the study will be open label with dose escalation. Participants will start taking CTO1681 just prior to receiving their CAR T-cell therapy and continue to take the study drug three times daily for a total of 15 days. Read Less

This trial will look at the impact of clinic-level financial incentives to improve provider communication and increase HPV vaccine uptake. Some clinics will receive communication training. Other clinics will receive the same training and a clinic-level financial incentive program with a monthly data feedback report to increase HPV vaccine uptake. Read Less
