Investigators are trying to find better treatments for people with HIV-1. In this clinical study, investigators want to see how well a new treatment called ISL+ULO, taken once a week, works compared to an existing treatment called BIC/FTC/TAF, which is taken every day. Investigators will check how many people still have a high level of the virus in their blood after 24 weeks. Background: - Laboratory investigators who are studying common childhood cancers are interested in developing a tissue repository to collect and store blood, serum, tissue, urine, or tumors of children who have cancer or adults who have common childhood cancers. To develop this repository, additional samples will be collected from children and adults who have been diagnosed with common childhood cancers such as leukemia and tumors of the central nervous system. Objectives: - To collect and store blood, serum, tissue, urine, or tumor samples of children who have cancer or adults who have common childhood cancers. Eligibility: * Individuals who have been diagnosed with a common childhood cancer (e.g., leukemia) regardless of patient age. * Children, adolescents, and adults who have been diagnosed with a type of cancer more commonly found in adults. Design: * Extra blood, serum (the liquid part of blood), tissue, urine, or tumor samples will be collected from participants at a time when sampling is required for medical care or as part of a research study. * No additional procedures will be performed for the sole purpose of obtaining additional tumor tissue, aside from what is required for clinical care. A multicenter study will be conducted to assess the role of the AI/ML technologies of Origin Medical EXAM ASSISTANT (OMEA) in interpreting first-trimester fetal ultrasound examinations (11 weeks 0 days - 13 weeks 6 days). This is a randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled study of B07, administered daily by subcutaneous (SC) injection, in up to 100 patients with newly diagnosed metastatic colorectal cancer. This study will evaluate different doses of B07 on weight, body composition and BMI in patients with sub-optimal BMIs (18 to ≤ 29 kg/m2). Treatment will begin on the same day as the start of cancer chemotherapy and continue during the first 28 days of cytotoxic therapy with a goal of preserving muscle and fat mass, relative to placebo control. This study will validate the experimental method and chamber facility at the Duke Center for Hyperbaric Medicine \& Environmental Physiology and test team capabilities to support NASA decompression sickness (DCS) studies. This project is related to development of protocols for extravehicular activity (EVA, "spacewalks") to minimize the risk of decompression sickness. Duke will perform four test days, collecting and recording data each day. Each test day will involve 3 volunteer subjects ages 18-50 years, who will breathe 100% oxygen for 6 hours. This will be followed by 6 hours in the hypobaric chamber at 1/3 atmosphere, during which subjects will perform various tasks, including arm and leg exercises, and undergo ultrasound testing to detect vascular bubbles. End-points will include bubble scores, and decompression sickness (DCS). If subjects develop DCS symptoms they will immediately be recompressed to ambient pressure and be assessed and treated. The goal of this observational study is to learn about how effective mirikizumab (Omvoh) is when treating patients with ulcerative colitis (UC) Does mirikizumab (Omvoh) lead to a reduction in symptoms at intervals throughout one year? To develop a culturally tailored informational mobile application and test whether it will increase participation among Black pancreatic cancer subjects in clinical trial discussions with their care team. This project aims to identify and address barriers to enrollment of Black subjects in pancreatic cancer clinical trials using a culturally informed mobile health application to promote participation. The clinical trial education and communication needs of Black people with pancreatic cancer will be determined. A new mHealth application for clinical trial education and communication tailored to subject needs will be developed. It was hypothesized that a culturally tailored informational mobile application will increase the participation of Black subjects in clinical trial discussions with their care team among the target population. This study focuses on Black pancreatic cancer subjects, who experience higher mortality rates and lower clinical trial participation than White subjects. Research shows that the disparity between clinical trial participation is in part due to inequitable recruitment practices. This study will use mobile application technology (mHealth app) as an educational, communication, audit, and feedback tool to promote patient-initiated clinical trial discussions among Black people with pancreatic cancer and their cancer care team. This is a multicenter, open-label, Phase 1/2 study to assess the safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetics (PK), pharmacodynamics (PD) and clinical efficacy of DNL126 in participants with Sanfilippo syndrome Type A (MPS IIIA). The core study period is 25 weeks (approximately 6 months) and is followed by a 72-week (approximately 18 month) open-label extension (OLE). In this study, researchers will learn more about a study drug called litifilimab (BIIB059) in participants with cutaneous lupus erythematosus (CLE). The study will focus on participants who have either active subacute CLE or chronic CLE, or both. They may also have systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE). The participants did not respond to antimalarial therapy or had problems with the treatment that made it hard to continue. The main objective of the study is to learn about the effect litifilimab has on lowering the activity of the skin disease. Researchers will measure symptoms of CLE over time using a variety of scoring tools. These include the Cutaneous Lupus Erythematosus Disease Area and Severity Index (CLASI), the Cutaneous Lupus Activity of Investigator's Global Assessment-Revised (CLA-IGA-R), and the SELENA-SLEDAI Flare Index (SFI). The main questions researchers want to answer are: * How many participants have a score of 0 or 1 on the CLA-IGA-R looking at skin redness after treatment? * How many participants have their skin disease activity go down by at least 70%? Researchers will also learn more about the safety of litifilimab. They will study how participants' immune systems respond to litifilimab. Additionally, they will measure the effect litifilimab and CLE have on the quality of life of participants using a group of questionnaires. The study will be split into 2 parts - Part A and Part B. Both parts will be done as follows: * After screening, participants will be randomized to receive either litifilimab or placebo for the 1st treatment period. A placebo looks like the study drug but contains no real medicine. * Participants will receive either litifilimab or placebo as injections under the skin once every 4 weeks. * The 1st treatment period will be double blinded which means neither the researchers nor the participants will know if the participants are receiving litifilimab or placebo. * This double blinded treatment period will last 24 weeks, after which the 2nd treatment period will begin. * During the 2nd treatment period, all participants will receive litifilimab for 28 weeks. * After completing treatment in this study, participants that qualify will be given the choice to join the Long-Term Extension study, 230LE305. If they do not, they will move into a follow-up safety period that will last up to 24 weeks. * The total study duration for participants will be up to 80 weeks Read Less
