Researchers are looking for a better way to treat children who have chronic kidney disease (CKD), which is long-term kidney disease, and proteinuria, a condition in which a person´s kidneys leak protein into the urine. The kidneys filter waste and fluid from the blood to form urine. In children with CKD, the kidney´s filters do not work as well as they should. This can lead to accumulation of waste and fluid in the body and proteinuria. CKD can lead to other medical problems, such as high blood pressure, also known as hypertension. Vice versa, hypertension and proteinuria can also contribute to worsening of CKD. Therefore, the treatment of CKD aims to control blood pressure and proteinuria. There are treatments available for doctors to prescribe to children with CKD and hypertension and/or proteinuria. These include "angiotensin-converting enzyme inhibitors" (ACEI) and "angiotensin receptor blockers" (ARB). Both ACEI and ARB can improve kidney function by helping the renin-angiotensin-aldosterone system (RAAS) to work normally. The RAAS is a system that works with the kidneys to control blood pressure and the balance of fluid and electrolytes in the blood. In people with CKD, the RAAS is often too active, which can stop the kidneys from working properly and cause hypertension and proteinuria. However, ACEI or ARB treatment alone does not work for all patients with CKD as they only target the angiotensin part of the renin-angiotensin-aldosterone system. The study treatment, finerenone, is expected to help control RAAS overactivation together with an ACEI or ARB. So, the researchers in this study want to learn more about whether finerenone given in addition to either an ACEI or ARB can help their kidney function. The main purpose of this study is to learn more about whether finerenone added to either ACEI or ARB can help reduce the amount of protein in the participants' urine more than a placebo. A placebo looks like a treatment but does not have any medicine in it. Participants will also continue to receive their other medications. To see how the treatment work, the doctors will take samples of the participants' urine to measure their protein levels before and during taking treatment and after their last treatment. In addition, blood samples will be taken to monitor kidney function, electrolytes and the amount of finerenone in the blood as well as for other tests. This study will include children with CKD and proteinuria aged from 6 months up to less than 18 years. The participants will take: * either finerenone or the placebo, in addition to * either ACEI or ARB, whichever they take as part of their normal treatment Two visits are required up to 104 days, to check whether a child can take part in the treatment phase of the study. If participants qualify for the treatment phase, they will then undergo treatment for about 180 days. During this time, they will visit the study site at least 7 times. During these visits, the participants will: * have their blood pressure, heart rate, temperature, height and weight measured * have blood and urine samples taken * have physical examinations * have their heart examined by an electrocardiogram and echocardiography (a sonogram of the heart) * answer questions about their medication and whether they have any adverse events , or have their parents or guardians answer * answer questions about how they are feeling, or have their parents or guardians answer * answer question about how they like the study medication, or have their parents or guardians answer The doctors will keep track of any adverse events. An adverse event is any medical problem that a participant has during a study. Doctors keep track of all adverse events that happen in studies, even if they do not think the adverse events might be related to the study treatments. The purpose of this study is to find out if giving radiation therapy (RT) to areas of metastatic prostate cancer at the time a participant is diagnosed will help control disease better than the usual treatment. This treatment is called metastasis-directed radiotherapy (MDRT). The usual treatment for prostate cancer that has spread to other parts of the body is to give lifelong treatment with hormone therapy (also known as androgen deprivation therapy or ADT). Participants may also be given prostate RT even if the disease is metastatic. Participants will receive hormone therapy (the standard treatment for prostate cancer) for 12 months. The hormone therapy agents may be taken by mouth or given as an injection. Participants will also have prostate RT. Up to 50 participants will have surgery to remove the prostate instead of having prostate RT. A portion of the participants will be randomized to receive MDRT to areas where the cancer has spread. For participants who have surgery to remove their prostate, they will be asked to allow tissue samples collected during the surgery to be sent to an outside lab for research tests and extra blood samples drawn for research tests before starting the study, and at the time the cancer becomes worse if applicable. Participation in the study will last approximately 12 months, and will be followed by their doctor for up to five years per standard of care. The main goal is to compare the efficacy of the standard of care (standard systemic therapy + definitive prostate-directed local therapy) versus the standard of care with metastasis-directed radiotherapy (MDRT) for consolidation of metastatic disease. This phase III trial compares the effect of adding chemotherapy to immunotherapy (pembrolizumab) versus immunotherapy alone in treating patients with stage IIIB-IV lung cancer. Immunotherapy with monoclonal antibodies, such as pembrolizumab, may help the body's immune system attack the cancer, and may interfere with the ability of tumor cells to grow and spread. Chemotherapy drugs work in different ways to stop the growth of tumor cells, either by killing the cells, by stopping them from dividing, or by stopping them from spreading. CAR-T cell treatment of refractory lymphoma has shown success, particularly with CD-19 targeted CAR-T cells, however, many participants are refractory or relapse after response. Responses are more limited in CLL/SLL, possibly secondary to the suppressive effect of circulating B cells on T cell function. BAFF receptor is a target that has been explored in CLL. The purpose of this study is to find out whether a medicine called spesolimab helps people with pyoderma gangrenosum (PG). The main aim is to see whether spesolimab leads to closure of PG ulcers. This study is open to adults with ulcerative PG with at least 1 ulcer that measures between 5 cm\^2 to 80 cm\^2 in size. This study has 2 parts. In Part 1, participants are put into groups randomly, which means by chance. 1 group gets spesolimab and the other group gets placebo. Placebo injections look like spesolimab injections, but do not contain any medicine. Every participant has a 2 in 3 chance of getting spesolimab. For the first 8 weeks, participants also take corticosteroid medicine by mouth. In Part 2, participants are put into groups again. Participants without open ulcers have an equal chance of getting spesolimab or placebo. Participants with open skin ulcers will get spesolimab. In both parts, participants receive spesolimab or placebo as an infusion into a vein every 4 weeks. Participants are in the study for about 1.5 years. During this time, they visit the study site 20 times. At study visits, doctors check the participant's skin for signs of PG. The doctors also regularly check participants' health and take note of any unwanted effects. The results of the groups are compared to see whether the treatment works. Read Less

The goal of this clinical trial is to test an experimental treatment (immunotherapy) in pancreatic cancer patients.
