Exoskeleton Research: Myoelectric Orthosis for Rehab of Severe Chronic Arm Motor Deficits
Recruiting
This study will evaluate the effects of combining motor learning-based therapy with use of the MyoPro , a wearable exoskeletal myoelectrically controlled orthotic device. MyoPro uses electromyographic (EMG) signals from the weak muscles to assist movement of the user's affected arm. The primary objective of this randomized controlled trial is to study the efficacy of using MyoPro in motor learning-based therapy for individuals with chronic stroke (\>6 months post) with severe upper limb motor de... KEYMAKER-U01 Umbrella Master Study: Studies of Investigational Agents With Either Pembrolizumab (MK-3475) Alone or With Pembrolizumab PLUS Chemotherapy in Participants With Non-small Cell Lung Cancer (NSCLC) (MK-3475-U01/KEYMAKER-U01)
Recruiting
This study is referred to as the "umbrella master protocol" for pembrolizumab (MK-3475) in the treatment of non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). This pembrolizumab NSCLC umbrella master protocol uses a platform design and consists of this master screening study and seven substudies. Each substudy will enroll a different population of NSCLC participants. The goal of this umbrella master protocol is to screen potential participants with NSCLC for enrollment into 1 of 7 substudies. Participants mus... Read More

Study to Learn About the Safety of Fazirsiran and if it Can Help People With Alpha-1 Antitrypsin Liver Disease With Mild Liver Scarring (Fibrosis)
Recruiting
The liver produces a protein called alpha-1 antitrypsin (AAT). AAT is normally released into the bloodstream. In some people, the liver makes an abnormal version of the AAT protein, called Z-AAT. Making an abnormal version of the AAT protein can result in liver disease as Z-AAT builds up in liver cells, which leads to liver problems such as liver scarring (fibrosis), continuing liver damage (cirrhosis), and eventually endstage liver disease. Fazirsiran is a medicine that reduces the creation of... Read More

Study of Chemotherapy Plus Ipatasertib for People With Solid Tumors With PTEN/AKT Mutations, A ComboMATCH Treatment Trial
Recruiting
This phase II ComboMATCH treatment trial tests the usual treatment of chemotherapy (paclitaxel) plus ipatasertib in patients with solid tumor cancers that that cannot be removed by surgery (unresectable), has spread to nearby tissue or lymph nodes (locally advanced) or from where it first started (primary site) to other places in the body (metastatic), and has PTEN and AKT genetic changes. Chemotherapy drugs, such as paclitaxel, work in different ways to stop the growth of tumor cells, either by... Read More

A Phase II/III Trial of Nivolumab, Ipilimumab, and GM-CSF in Patients With Advanced Melanoma
Recruiting
This phase II/III trial studies the side effects of nivolumab and ipilimumab when given together with or without sargramostim and to see how well they work in treating patients with stage III-IV melanoma that cannot be removed by surgery (unresectable) and that may have spread from where it first started to nearby tissue, lymph nodes, or distant parts of the body (advanced). Immunotherapy with monoclonal antibodies, such as ipilimumab and nivolumab, may help the body's immune system attack the c... Read More

Comparing Cytarabine + Daunorubicin Therapy Versus Cytarabine + Daunorubicin + Venetoclax Versus Venetoclax + Azacitidine in Younger Patients With Intermediate Risk AML (A MyeloMATCH Treatment Trial)
Recruiting
This phase II MyeloMATCH treatment trial compares cytarabine with daunorubicin versus cytarabine with daunorubicin and venetoclax versus venetoclax with azacitidine for the treatment of younger patients with intermediate risk acute myeloid leukemia (AML). Cytarabine is a drug that inhibits some of the enzymes needed for deoxyribonucleic acid (DNA) replication and repair and can slow or stop the growth of cancer cells. Daunorubicin is a drug that blocks a certain enzyme needed for cell division a... Read More

Sacituzumab Tirumotecan (MK-2870) in Combination With Pembrolizumab Versus Pembrolizumab Alone in Metastatic Non-small Cell Lung Cancer (NSCLC) With Programmed Cell Death Ligand 1 (PD-L1) Tumor Proportion Score (TPS) ≥ 50% (MK-2870-007)
Recruiting
The primary objective of the study is to compare sacituzumab tirumotecan combined with pembrolizumab to pembrolizumab alone with respect to overall survival (OS). The primary hypothesis is that the combination of sacituzumab tirumotecan and pembrolizumab is superior to pembrolizumab alone with respect to OS. All participants who have completed the first course of pembrolizumab may be eligible for up to an additional 9 cycles of pembrolizumab monotherapy if there is blinded independent central r...
