A Study of Zasocitinib in Adults With Psoriatic Arthritis Who Have Not Taken Biologic Medicines

Psoriatic arthritis (PsA) is a chronic inflammatory disease that affects the joints and skin in people who have psoriasis (PsO).
The main aim of the study is to know how well zasocitinib (TAK-279) works in participants with active PsA who have not previously been treated with biologic disease-modifying antirheumatic drugs.
The participants will be treated with either zasocitinib, active comparator, or placebo. Participants will be in the study for up to 60 weeks.

The goal of this study is to evaluate intismeran autogene plus pembrolizumab versus placebo plus pembrolizumab for the adjuvant treatment of margin negative, completely resected Stage II, IIIA, IIIB (with nodal involvement \[N2\]) non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). The primary hypothesis is that intismeran autogene plus pembrolizumab is superior to placebo plus pembrolizumab with respect to disease-free survival (DFS) as assessed by the investigator.

This phase II trial studies the effect of lutetium Lu 177 dotatate compared to the usual treatment (everolimus) in treating patients with somatostatin receptor positive bronchial neuroendocrine tumors that have spread to other places in the body (advanced). Lutetium Lu 177-dotate is a radioactive drug. It binds to a protein called somatostatin receptor, which is found on some neuroendocrine tumor cells.
