Medical scientists want to find better ways to treat neuroblastoma and to find ways to prevent the tumor from growing back. To do this, they need more information about the characteristics of neuroblastoma cells. Therefore, they want to study samples of neuroblastoma tissues and neuroblastoma and normal cells in the blood and bone marrow that may be related to the growth of neuroblastoma cells. The purpose of this study is to investigate the responses of the brain region known as the subgenual anterior cingulate cortex (sgACC) during transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS) in individuals with depression. Specifically, investigators aim to determine whether the sgACC is engaged when TMS is delivered to specific targets and if the engagement of sgACC changes throughout a full TMS treatment intervention. To achieve this goal, the investigators will employ a combination of TMS and Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) procedures. Study participation will include completing various questionnaires, clinical assessments, receiving a full transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS) treatment intervention (every weekday for 6 weeks), and undergoing MRI scans, both with and without concurrent TMS. The goal of this clinical trial is to compare a texting platform to usual care for managing recurrent urinary tract infections (UTI). The main question it aims to answer is: • can a texting platform that integrates symptom triage and prevention education reduce the rate of unnecessary antibiotics for recurrent UTIs as compared to usual care? Participants enrolled onto the texting platform will: • receive evidence-based clinical guidance for the management of symptoms of UTI and receive educational videos on how to prevent UTIs. The Epilepsy Learning Health System (ELHS) is a quality improvement and research network to improve outcomes for people with epilepsy. The ELHS is designed as a model of value-based chronic care for epilepsy as envisioned by the National Academies of Medicine Committee in their landmark reports "The Learning Health System" and "Epilepsy Across the Spectrum: Promoting Health and Understanding". The ELHS network is a collaboration among clinicians, patients and researchers that promotes the use of data for multiple purposes including one-on-one clinical care, population management, quality improvement and research. The ELHS Registry includes data on children and adults with epilepsy collected during the process of standard epilepsy care. These data are used to create population health reports and to track changes in outcomes over time. The HEMERA-1 Extension (Part III) is a prospective, open-label, multicenter study to evaluate safety of two doses of PP-007 in Acute Ischemic Stroke (AIS) subjects receiving Intravenous Thrombolysis (IVT) or mechanical thrombectomy (MT) or IVT+MT as standard of care (SOC). Subjects will receive two doses of PP-007 infusion 24 ± 6 hours apart in addition to the site-specific SOC protocol. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, telepractice has grown rapidly. To date, synchronous telepractice (i.e., in real-time videoconferencing) has been the focus of most research with asynchronous telepractice (i.e. information stored and accessed later) being used minimally only to record synchronous encounters. Descriptions of voice therapy concepts are minimally available in the literature with no standard reporting framework and no clinical efficacy or effectiveness data. Thus, the proposed study will address these barriers. First, an asynchronous method will be developed that will impact both in-person and telepractice services by offering repeated learning opportunities in the client's environment. The method includes ecological momentary intervention (EMI) through a daily voice therapy practice app, server, and web portal that is flexible in its programming to meet the needs of the client, offers performance feedback, and charts results over time. Second, voice therapy concepts will be tested improving our knowledge about such concepts that facilitate successful client-centered outcomes for both prevention and treatment of voice problems. The participants in the study will be teachers who have a high prevalence of voice problems, impact the healthcare system when treatment is needed, and negatively affect students' learning abilities in the classroom when communicating with a voice problem. Third, the Rehabilitation Treatment Specification System (RTSS) framework will be used to describe the voice therapy concepts. The concepts include: training multiple voices to meet all the clients' vocal needs, defining voice qualities by the anatomy and physiology of the voice production system, generalizing voice targets into hierarchical speech tasks, and using "new" vs "other/old" voice to help the client become their own clinician. Vocally healthy student teachers and professional teachers with voice complaints will be randomized into one of four voice therapy conditions delivered via telepractice. Both groups of teachers are needed to assess the concepts for prevention and treatment. Condition 2, which fully represents the proposed voice therapy concepts, will be superior to the other three conditions, which do not fully represent the concepts, by demonstrating a greater decrease in client-reported primary outcome measures of the Voice Handicap Index-10 and factor 1 and 2 of the Vocal Fatigue Index. Secondary outcomes of acoustic measures, Borg Category Ratio-10 scales for vocal and mental effort, and voice therapy satisfaction surveys will also be investigated. The results will be useful at a practical level by advancing asynchronous telepractice and by improving efficacy of voice therapy concepts. In addition, the results will lay the groundwork for future studies involving development of EMI platforms in other areas of speech-language pathology and testing additional voice therapy concepts that facilitate successful client-centered outcomes.
