This clinical trial is studying solid tumor cancers. A solid tumor is one that starts in part of your body like your lungs or liver instead of your blood. Once they've grown bigger in one spot or spread to other parts of the body, they're harder to treat. This is called advanced or metastatic cancer. Participants in this study must have breast cancer or gastric cancer. Participants must have tumors that have HER2 on them. This allows the cancer to grow more quickly or spread faster. There are few treatment options for patients with advanced or metastatic solid tumors that express HER2. This clinical trial uses an experimental drug called disitamab vedotin (DV). Disitamab vedotin is a type of antibody drug conjugate or ADC. ADCs are designed to stick to cancer cells and kill them. This clinical trial uses a drug called tucatinib, which has been approved to treat cancer in the United States and some other countries. This drug is sold under the brand name TUKYSA®. This study will test how safe and how well DV with tucatinib works for participants with solid tumors. This study will also test what side effects happen when participants take these drugs. This study is researching an experimental drug called odronextamab (referred to as study drug), in combination with lenalidomide. The study is focused on participants who have one of two types of cancer: follicular lymphoma (FL) or marginal zone lymphoma (MZL) that has come back after treatment (called "relapsed"), or did not respond to treatment (called "refractory"). FL and MZL are subtypes of Non-Hodgkin 's lymphoma (NHL). This study will be made up of two parts (Part 1 not randomized, Part 2 randomized - controlled). The aim of Part 1 of the study is to see how safe and tolerable the study drug is when used in combination with lenalidomide, in participants with FL or MZL, and to determine the dose of the study drug to be used in Part 2 of this study. This combination is considered "first-in-human" as it has not been tested as a combination treatment in humans before. The aim of Part 2, of the study is to assess how the combination of the study drug and lenalidomide works compared to the combination of rituximab (called "the comparator drug") and lenalidomide. The combination of comparator drug and lenalidomide is the current standard-of care treatment for FL and/or MZL. Standard of care means the usual medication expected and used when receiving treatment for a condition. The study is looking at several other research questions, including: * What side effects may happen from taking the study drug in combination with lenalidomide * How much study drug is in the blood at different times * Whether the body makes antibodies against the study drug (which could make the study drug less effective or could lead to side effects) * The impact from the study drug on quality of life and ability to complete routine daily activities Read Less

This clinical trial is studying advanced solid tumors. Solid tumors are cancers that start in a part of your body like your lungs or liver instead of your blood. Once tumors have grown bigger in one place but haven't spread, they're called locally advanced. If your cancer has spread to other parts of your body, it's called metastatic. When a cancer has gotten so big it can't easily be removed or has spread to other parts of the body, it is called unresectable. These types of cancer are harder to treat. Participants in this study must have cancer that has come back or did not get better with treatment. Participants must have a solid tumor cancer that can't be treated with standard of care drugs. This clinical trial uses an experimental drug called PF-08046050. PF-08046050 is a type of antibody-drug conjugate or ADC. ADCs are designed to stick to cancer cells and kill them. They may also stick to some normal cells. This study will test the safety of PF-08046050 in participants with solid tumors that are hard to treat or have spread throughout the body. This study has 5 different study parts. Part A and Part B of the study will find out how much PF-08046050 should be given to participants. Part C will use the information from Parts A and B to see if PF-08046050 is safe and if it works to treat certain solid tumor cancers. Part D of the study, together with information from Parts A and B, will find out how much PF-08046050 should be given to participants in combination with bevacizumab. In this study, researchers will learn more about the use of felzartamab in people with active lupus nephritis, also known as LN. In people with LN, antibodies build up in the glomeruli of the kidneys. Antibodies are proteins in the blood used by the immune system to fight infection. Glomeruli are small filters that remove waste and extra fluid from the blood. This buildup leads to inflammation and damage to the kidneys. Kidney damage can lead to too much protein and blood leaking into the urine. High levels of protein in the urine, called proteinuria, are common in people with LN. Symptoms of LN can include fever, swelling in the legs and body, and high blood pressure. If left untreated, LN can eventually lead to kidney failure. In this study, researchers will learn more about how a study drug called felzartamab affects people with LN. Felzartamab is a monoclonal antibody, which means it is an antibody made in a laboratory. Felzartamab can target immune cells that produce antibodies, helping to lower their buildup in the kidneys. The main goal of this study is to learn more about the safety of felzartamab and how it works in the body of people with LN who are taking standard of care. This will help researchers decide if they should do more studies with felzartamab in people with LN. Standard of care is the usual treatment or care given to patients for a disease, as prescribed by their doctor. The main question researchers want to answer in this study are: • How many participants had adverse events during the study? An adverse event is a health problem that may or may not be caused by the study drug. It can happen during a clinical study or within a certain amount of time after the study has ended. Researchers will also learn more about: * How much felzartamab affects proteinuria and the level of creatinine in the urine. Creatinine is a protein that is released into the blood from normal muscle wear and tear. Its levels can help doctors understand how well your kidneys are working. * How many participants have a complete response. A complete response means that their urine protein levels decrease to a low level, and their kidney function stays stable. * How many participants have a 50% decrease in the level of protein and creatinine in their urine. * How much felzartamab affects the participants' lupus-related blood tests. * How the body processes felzartamab. * How many participants develop antibodies against felzartamab in the blood. This study will be done as follows: * Participants will be screened to check if they can join the study. The screening period will be up to 42 days. * Throughout the study, all participants will continue taking their standard of care, as prescribed by their doctor. * There are 2 parts in this study. In both parts, participants will receive felzartamab through an intravenous infusion, also known as an IV. This means it is being given into a vein. * In Part 1, participants will have up to 14 visits to their study research center. In Part 2, participants may have up to 15 visits. * Each participant will be in the study for about 2 years. Read Less

This clinical trial is studying nonsquamous non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). Participants in this study must have cancer that has spread through their body or can't be removed with surgery. Participants in this study must have been treated with no more than a platinum-based chemotherapy and an anti-PD-(L)1 drug. Participants with tumors that have certain treatable genomic alterations must have had at least 1 drug for that genomic alteration, in addition to platinum-based chemotherapy. This clinical trial uses an experimental drug called sigvotatug vedotin, which is a type of antibody drug conjugate or ADC. ADCs are designed to stick to cancer cells and kill them. This clinical trial also uses a drug called docetaxel. Docetaxel is an anticancer drug that has been approved to treat non-small cell lung cancer. It is usually given to patients who previously received another anticancer treatment. In this study, one group of participants will get sigvotatug vedotin on Days 1 and 15 during each 28-day-cycle. A second group of participants will get docetaxel on Day 1 during each 21-day cycle. This study is being done to see if sigvotatug vedotin works better than docetaxel to treat participants with NSCLC. This study will test the safety of a drug called PF-08046052/SGN-EGFRd2 in participants with advanced solid tumors. It will also study the side effects of this drug. A side effect is anything a drug does to the body besides treating the disease. Participants will have cancer that cannot be removed (unresectable) or has spread through the body (metastatic). This study will have three parts. Parts A and B of the study will find out how much PF-08046052/SGN-EGFRd2 should be given to participants. Part C will use the dose found in parts A and B to find out how safe PF-08046052/SGN-EGFRd2 is and if it works to treat solid tumor cancers. Read Less

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the efficacy and safety of lutetium (177Lu) vipivotide tetraxetan (AAA617) in participants with oligometastatic prostate cancer (OMPC) progressing after definitive therapy to their primary tumor. The data generated from this study will provide evidence for the treatment of AAA617 in early-stage prostate cancer patients to control recurrent tumor from progressing to fatal metastatic disease while preserving quality of life by delaying treatment with androgen deprivation therapy (ADT). The investigators hypothesize that not prescribing opioids after uncomplicated, outpatient IHR will be non-inferior to prescribing opioids (5 tablets of Oxycodone, 5mg; or surgeon preference for intolerance) with respect to requests for opioid refills. Additionally, the investigators believe there will be no significant difference in postoperative readmission for pain quality of life at 30 days in either group. Read Less
