The Phase 2 monotherapy portion of this study is currently enrolling and will evaluate the efficacy and safety of PC14586 (INN rezatapopt) in participants with locally advanced or metastatic solid tumors harboring a TP53 Y220C mutation. The Phase 1 portion of the study will assess the safety, tolerability and preliminary efficacy of multiple dose levels of rezatapopt as monotherapy and in Phase 1b in combination with pembrolizumab.

VItamin C in Thermal injuRY: The VICToRY Trial

This study aims to show that giving high dose, intravenous vitamin C in addition to standard care to burned critically ill patients will be associated with less organ dysfunction, improved survival and a quicker rate of recovery. In this study, all patients will receive standard care and of the patients will also receive high dose intravenous vitamin C, while the other half of patients will receive placebo.

The investigators wish to determine the time to disease progression for benign neurofibromas treated with Levulan Kerastick topical photosensitizer and red light photodynamic therapy (PDT) in patients with neurofibromatosis type 1 (NF1).
The investigators also wish to measure tumor size for control and treatment tumors in order to gain insights into tumor growth rates.
