A Study of Vedolizumab in Children and Teenagers With Ulcerative Colitis or Crohn's Disease
Recruiting
The main aim of this study is to learn how the body of a child or teenager with moderately to severely active ulcerative colitis (UC) or Crohn's disease (CD) processes vedolizumab (pharmacokinetics) given just under the skin subcutaneously (SC). The participants will be treated with vedolizumab for up to 34 weeks. During the study, participants will visit their study clinic several times.

Dexmedetomidine Versus Propofol Sedation for Drug-Induced Sleep Endoscopy in Pediatric Obstructive Sleep Apnea
Recruiting
This research study is designed to learn, first, whether two anesthetics have different effects on collapse seen within the upper airway during sleep endoscopy. A second purpose is to learn whether collapse at several levels of the upper airway is associated with obstructive sleep apnea that persists after adenotonsillectomy, the surgery that removes the tonsils and adenoids.

Lung-MAP: A Master Screening Protocol for Previously-Treated Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer
Recruiting
This screening and multi-sub-study randomized phase II/III trial will establish a method for genomic screening of similar large cancer populations followed by assigning and accruing simultaneously to a multi-sub-study hybrid Master Protocol (Lung-MAP). The type of cancer trait (biomarker) will determine to which sub-study, within this protocol, a participant will be assigned to compare new targeted cancer therapy, designed to block the growth and spread of cancer, or combinations to standard of... MCNAIR Study: coMparative effeCtiveness of iN-person and teleheAlth cardIac Rehabilitation
Recruiting
Cardiac rehabilitation is a medically recommended program for patients with certain heart conditions. It includes exercise training, health education, and counseling. Unfortunately, many patients do not participate in cardiac rehabilitation. Some find it challenging to attend the in-person sessions. This study aims to compare two methods of delivering cardiac rehabilitation: in-person and through telehealth. The investigators want to know if the effects of these two programs are alike and if cer... Read More

Gastroschisis Outcomes of Delivery (GOOD) Study
Recruiting
The objective of this study is to investigate the hypothesis that delivery at 35 0/7- 35 6/7 weeks in stable patients with gastroschisis is superior to observation and expectant management with a goal of delivery at 38 0/7 - 38 6/7 weeks. To test this hypothesis, we will complete a randomized, prospective, multi-institutional trial across NAFTNet-affiliated institutions. Patients may be enrolled in the study any time prior to 33 weeks, but will be randomized at 33 weeks to delivery at 35 weeks o... Read More
