Breast Cancer Resiliency Through Exercise Program (B-REP)
Recruiting
The study will use a cross-sectional study design with a follow-up 2-arm randomized controlled trial with that has assessments at baseline, post-intervention (i.e., Week 12), and 3-months post-intervention (i.e., Week 24). The 2 arms are the 12-week intervention and a health education control among 60 Black breast cancer survivors.

PDN Post Market, Multicenter, Prospective, Global Clinical Study
Recruiting
The purpose of this post-market study is to evaluate the real-world experience of Nevro's Spinal Cord Stimulation (SCS) therapy in patients with chronic, intractable leg pain due to painful diabetic neuropathy (PDN). This is a multicenter, prospective, observational global study, that will partner diabetes management teams with pain physicians to provide an interdisciplinary treatment regimen for PDN patients. Outcomes will be assessed via standardized assessments.

Dietary Manipulation of the Microbiome-metabolomic Axis for Mitigating GVHD in Allo HCT Patients
Recruiting
Investigators are evaluating the feasibility, safety and early efficacy of administering a commercially available dietary supplement containing potato-based resistant starch to subjects undergoing allogeneic SCT (stem cell transplant). The intervention will begin immediately prior to the conditioning phase and continue through day 100. Investigators hypothesize that short term administration of a resistant starch is capable of increasing levels of butyrate within the intestine that will reduce r... Read More

Onlay Versus Inlay Humeral Component in Reverse Total Shoulder Arthroplasty
Recruiting
The goal of this study is to compare the effect of different ways to place the component that goes at the top of the humerus (upper arm) in reverse total shoulder replacement. Some surgeons place the humeral tray component sitting on the bone while others place it in the bone. Changing the way that the humeral component is placed may change how much the arm can raise up or turn out/in after surgery for some patients. This study compares patients with inlay humeral component (tray sits in the upp... Read More

Michigan Split-belt Treadmill Training Program to Improve Acute Knee Biomechanics After ACL Reconstruction
Recruiting
The goal of this study is to determine short-term adaptations (aftereffects) in knee loading after a 20-minute split-belt treadmill training session in patients with ACL reconstruction. Our main question for this aim are: 1. Are training-mediated aftereffects in the knee joint moment greater for tied-belt walking or split-belt walking? 2. Are training-mediated aftereffects in the knee joint moment different between subjects who train early stance knee loading versus subjects who train mid-stan... Read More
