The purpose of each study is to independently measure the annualized relapse rate (ARR) with administration of frexalimab compared to a daily oral dose of teriflunomide in male and female participants with relapsing forms of multiple sclerosis (aged 18 to 55 years at the time of enrollment). People diagnosed with relapsing forms of multiple sclerosis are eligible for enrollment as long as they meet all the inclusion criteria and none of the exclusion criteria. Study details include: * This event-driven study will have variable duration of approximately 40 months for the first participant being randomized and approximately 20 months for the last participant randomized. * The study intervention duration will vary ranging from approximately 12 to 40 months. * The assessment of scheduled visits will include 1 common end of study \[EOS\] visit and 3 follow-up visits) with a visit frequency of every 4 weeks for the first 6 months and then every 3 months. The goal of this study is to evaluate nemtabrutinib compared with investigator's choice of ibrutinib or acalabrutinib in participants with chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL)/small lymphocytic lymphoma (SLL) who have not received any prior therapy. The primary hypotheses are that (1) nemtabrutinib is non-inferior to ibrutinib or acalabrutinib with respect to objective response rate (ORR) per International Workshop on Chronic Lymphocytic Leukemia (iwCLL) Criteria 2018 by blinded independent central review (BICR) and (2) nemtabrutinib is superior to ibrutinib or acalabrutinib with respect to progression free survival (PFS) per iwCLL Criteria 2018 by BICR. This clinical trial compares the use of the connected customized treatment platform (CONCURxP), consisting of using a medication monitoring device called WiseBag along with text message reminders for missed or extra medication events, to enhanced usual care (EUC), where patients only use the WiseBag, to monitor medication adherence in patients with metastatic breast cancer who are taking a CKD4/6 inhibitor. To ensure CDK4/6 inhibitors achieve their full clinical benefit, patients need to take them as prescribed, following a complex treatment schedule. Forgetfulness was the most common reason reported for medication non adherence. Using the WiseBag along with CONCURxP or enhanced usual care may improve medication adherence in patients with metastatic breast cancer who are taking a CKD4/6 inhibitor. Read Less

Hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) is a common cancer worldwide and a leading cause of cancer-related death. The majority of participants first presenting with HCC have advanced unresectable or metastatic disease. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the optimized dose, adverse events, and efficacy of livmoniplimab in combination with budigalimab. Livmoniplimab is an investigational drug being developed for the treatment of HCC. There are 2 stages to this study. In Stage 1, there are 3 treatment arms and participants will be randomized in a 1:1:1 ratio. Participants will either receive livmoniplimab (at different doses) in combination with budigalimab (another investigational drug), atezolizumab in combination with bevacizumab, or tremelimumab in combination with durvalumab. In Stage 2, there are 2 treatments arms and participants will be randomized in a 1:1 ratio. Participants will either receive livmoniplimab (optimized dose) in combination with budigalimab or tremelimumab in combination with durvalumab. Approximately 660 adult participants will be enrolled in the study across 185 sites worldwide. Stage 1: In arm 1, participants will receive intravenously (IV) infused livmoniplimab (Dose 1) in combination with IV infused budigalimab, every 3 weeks. In arm 2, participants will receive IV infused livmoniplimab (Dose 2) in combination with IV infused budigalimab, every 3 weeks. In Arm 3 (control), participants will receive the investigator's choice: IV atezolizumab in combination with IV bevacizumab every 3 weeks or single dose IV tremelimumab in combination with IV durvalumab every 4 weeks. Stage 2: In arm 1, participants will receive IV infused livmoniplimab (optimized dose) in combination with IV infused budigalimab, every 3 weeks. In Arm 2 (control), participants will receive single dose IV tremelimumab in combination with IV durvalumab every 4 weeks. All participants will continue treatment until disease progression or discontinuation criteria are met, whichever occurs first. The estimated duration of this study is about 56 months. There may be higher treatment burden for participants in this trial compared to their standard of care. This double-blind, randomized, placebo-controlled, multinational, multicenter, parallel-group, Phase 3, 2-arm, study will investigate the efficacy and safety of belumosudil compared with placebo, both administered on top of azithromycin and standard-of-care regimen of immunosuppression in male or female participants at least 1 year after bilateral lung transplant, who are at least 18 years of age and who have evidence of progressive CLAD despite azithromycin therapy. Study details include: The study duration will be up to 31 weeks for participants not entering the open-label extension (OLE) period and up to 57 weeks for participants entering the OLE period but not the long-term OLE. The treatment duration will be up to 26 weeks for participants not entering the OLE period and up to 52 weeks for participants entering the OLE period but not the long-term OLE. The number of visits will be up to 10 visits for participants not entering the OLE period and up to 16 visits for participants entering the OLE period but not the long-term OLE. For participants who enter the long-term OLE, treatment and study participation will continue with visits every 12 weeks per protocol specifications. Read Less

The purpose of this study is to evaluate sacituzumab tirumotecan versus chemotherapy (docetaxel or pemetrexed) for the treatment of previously-treated non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) with exon 19del or exon 21 L858R EGFR mutations (hereafter referred to as EGFR mutations or EGFR-mutated) or any of the follow genomic alterations: ALK gene rearrangements, ROS1 rearrangements, BRAF V600E mutations, NTRK gene fusions, MET exon 14 skipping mutations, RET rearrangements, or less common EGFR point mutations of exon 20 S768I, exon 21 L861Q, or exon 18 G719X mutations. The primary hypotheses are that sacituzumab tirumotecan is: (1) superior to chemotherapy with respect to progression-free survival (PFS) per RECIST 1.1 as assessed by BICR in NSCLC with EGFR mutations; and (2) superior to chemotherapy with respect to overall survival (OS) in NSCLC with EGFR mutations. This study examines the impact of social and genetic factors on outcomes in adolescent and young adult (AYA) cancer survivors of Hodgkin or non-Hodgkin lymphoma. Compared to both older adult and childhood cancer patients, AYAs with cancer experience different diagnoses and specific biological, clinical, psychological and social factors that affect their risks for post-treatment morbidity and premature death. Collecting samples of blood samples and health and treatment information from cancer survivors of Hodgkin or non-Hodgkin lymphoma may help doctors identify conditions that increase the likelihood of AYAs getting sick and dying after treatment of cancer and better understand how to address the needs of adolescent and young adult cancer survivors. This phase Ib trial tests the safety, side effects, and best dose of M1774 when given with ZEN-3694 in treating patients with ovarian and endometrial cancer that has come back (recurrent). M1774 and ZEN-3694 may stop the growth of tumor cells by blocking some of the enzymes needed for cell growth. M1774 and ZEN-3694 combined together has demonstrated to be better than either drug alone in killing ovarian tumor cells. Read Less

The goal of this clinical trial is to see how well cenerimod reduces symptoms of Systemic Lupus Erythematosus in adult patients with moderate to severe symptoms. The main questions it aims to answer are: * How well cenerimod works on top of the treatment already being administered. * How safe cenerimod is for adult patients with Systemic Lupus Erythematosus. Researchers will compare one dose of cenerimod and a placebo to see how well cenerimod works when it is added to the treatment already being administered. This study is focused on males who have Hemophilia B and who need regular preventive treatment with factor IX protein (FIX) replacement therapy to prevent and also to control their bleeding events. The aim of the study is to gather at least 6 months of information on bleeding events for each individual participant while they continue to use their usual FIX replacement therapy. There is no experimental treatment being tested in this study. The study is informational, and part of a larger program to understand and treat Hemophilia B with a potential experimental new therapy in the future. There is no obligation to agree to taking part in this future study. The study is looking to answer several other research questions to help understand each participant's individual disease characteristics, including: * How often to use FIX replacement therapy, both on a regular basis (prophylaxis) and as needed to treat bleeding events * Measurement of FIX activity (factor IX is a clotting factor) by different laboratories using different types of tests in Hemophilia B participants * Possible complications from the FIX replacement therapy the patient receives (usual standard of care will continue to be used) * How quality of life is affected by Hemophilia B * How joint health is affected by Hemophilia B * How often the participant visits the emergency room, urgent care center, physician's office, hospital, or has a telemedicine visit as a result of bleeding events * Whether the body makes antibodies (a protein produced by the body's immune system) against the FIX replacement therapy you receive, which could make the drug less effective or could lead to side effects Read Less
