The ON-SITE study represents a prospective, observational study focused on the training/tuning and pivotal validation of deep learning algorithms that detect cell/tissue morphology suspicious for cancer in biopsies of peripheral lung nodules/masses and mediastinal/hilar lymph nodes imaged with the NIO Laser Imaging System in the procedure room without requiring traditional sample processing. The study treatment, BAY 3713372, is under development to treat MTAP (methylthioadenosine phosphorylase)-deleted solid tumors. It is thought to work by blocking the protein arginine N-methyltransferase 5 (PRMT5). This may kill the MTAP-deleted cancer cells while sparing the normal cells. The main objective of this first-in-human study is to check if BAY 3713372 is safe for further testing and find the dose that could be used to treat different cancer types that are also MTAP-deleted in future studies. For this, the researchers will study and analyze: * the number of participants who have adverse events after receiving different doses of BAY 3713372 and their severity. * the number of participants who experience dose-limiting toxicities (DLTs) after receiving different doses of BAY 3713372, their severity and how often they happened. A DLT is a pre-defined medical problem caused by a specific dose of a drug that is too severe to continue using that dose. * the total amount of BAY 3713372 in participants' blood (also called AUC) over time after single and multiple doses. * the highest level of BAY 3713372 in participants' blood (also called Cmax) after single and multiple doses. Other than the main objective, researchers will also check for the number of participants who show a response to treatment and how long they live without the cancer getting worse. The study participants will receive BAY 3713372 (starting from low to high doses) in the study, to find the highest safe dose for further testing. Participants may take the study treatment as long as they benefit from the treatment without any severe medical problems. Participants will visit the study site: * at least twice before the treatment starts * multiple times when they start taking the treatment * once after 30 days of receiving the last dose and every 9 weeks after that until the cancer worsens, or the participant stops for any other reason During the study, the doctors and their study team will: * check participants' health by performing tests such as blood and urine tests, and checking heart health using an electrocardiogram * check if the participants' cancer has grown and/or spread using computed tomography (CT) or magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) and, if needed, bone scan * take tumor samples The study doctors and their team will contact the participants every 3 months until 2 years after the last participant's last dose or the end of the study to learn about the participant's health. Researchers are looking for a better way to treat people who have solid tumors with HER2-activating mutations. Before a treatment can be approved for people to take, researchers do clinical trials to better understand its safety and how it works. In this trial, the researchers want to learn how well BAY2927088 (sevabertinib) works in people with different types of solid tumors with HER2 mutations. These include tumors in the colon or rectum, the uterus and the cervix (lower part of the uterus), the bladder, and the biliary tract (includes gall bladder and bile ducts) as well as other types of solid tumors with the exception of people with advanced non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). Solid tumors may have specific changes or mutations to a gene called human epidermal growth receptor-2 (HER2). This leads to the formation of an abnormal form of HER2 protein in the cancer cells, resulting in increased cell growth. The study treatment, BAY2927088, is expected to block the abnormal HER2 protein which may stop the spread of cancer. The trial will include about 111 participants who are at least 18 years old. All the participants will take 20 mg of BAY2927088 as tablets by mouth. The participants will take treatments in 3-week periods called cycles. These 3-week cycles will be repeated throughout the trial. The participants can take BAY2927088 until their cancer gets worse, until they have medical problems, or until they leave the trial. During the trial, the doctors will take imaging scans of different parts of the body to study the spread of cancer and will check heart health using echocardiogram or cardiac magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) and electrocardiogram (ECG). The doctors will also take blood and urine samples and do physical examinations to check the participants' health. In this PIERRE-PK study, researchers will learn how the body processes nusinersen when it is given through the ThecaFlex DRx™ System, compared to when nusinersen is given by lumbar puncture (LP). The ThecaFlex DRx system is an investigational implantable medical device developed by Alcyone Therapeutics, Inc. It consists of a catheter, which is a flexible tube, connected to a port which is placed under the skin. Alcyone Therapeutics, Inc. has an ongoing study called PIERRE to test the ThecaFlex DRx system. Participants with spinal muscular atrophy (SMA) in the PIERRE study may be enrolled in the PIERRE-PK study. The main objective of the PIERRE-PK study is to learn how the body processes nusinersen when given by the ThecaFlex DRx system compared to a lumbar puncture. The main questions researchers want to answer are: * What is the highest amount of nusinersen found in the blood after dosing? * How much nusinersen is found in the blood over the first 24 hours after dosing? The PIERRE-PK study will be done as follows: * Participants will be screened to check if they can join the study. The screening period will be up to 30 days for this study and may overlap with the PIERRE study. * Participants will receive a dose of nusinersen by lumbar puncture. * The ThecaFlex DRx system will be implanted after the lumbar puncture, as part of the PIERRE study. * Participants will receive a dose of nusinersen by the ThecaFlex DRx system, as part of the PIERRE study. * Researchers will take blood samples before and after each dose. The last blood sample will be taken 24 hours after the dose. * The total study duration for each participant in the PIERRE-PK study will be approximately 5 months. This is a randomized, open-label study comparing the efficacy and safety of adjuvant sacituzumab tirumotecan (MK-2870) in combination with pembrolizumab compared to treatment of physician's choice (TPC) in participants with triple-negative breast cancer (TNBC) who received neoadjuvant therapy and did not achieve a pathological complete response (pCR) at surgery. The primary objective is to compare sacituzumab tirumotecan plus pembrolizumab to TPC (pembrolizumab or pembrolizumab plus capecitabine) with respect to invasive disease-free survival (iDFS) per investigator assessment.
