Allogeneic Regulatory Dendritic Cell (DCreg) Renal Study
Recruiting
This study will evaluate the safety and feasibility of treatment involving a single infusion of donor-derived regulatory dendritic cells (DCreg) in first time, living donor renal transplant recipients. DCreg will be prepared from monocytes obtained by leukapheresis from prospective (non-mobilized) living kidney donors and infused into the respective recipients 7 days before renal transplantation. This study will enroll 28 subjects (14 recipients, 14 donors). The duration of follow-up will be:... Read More

A Clinical Trial of KVA12123 Treatment Alone and in Combination With Pembrolizumab In Advanced Solid Tumors (VISTA-101)
Recruiting
The goal of this clinical trial is to test the safety and efficacy of KVA12123 alone or combined with pembrolizumab in patients with advanced solid tumors. The main questions this study aims to answer are: 1. What is the safety of KVA12123 when administered alone and in combination with pembrolizumab to advanced cancer patients? 2. What is an appropriate dose of KVA12123 to administer alone and in combination with pembrolizumab to advanced cancer patients in future clinical trials? Participant... Read More

Buprenorphine for Cancer Pain
Recruiting
This study will evaluate patients on both buprenorphine and full agonist opioids (FAO) to assess for withdrawal symptoms. Patients will be evaluated by clinicians and using validated tools to assess for pain and withdrawal. At the same time, patients will use a CPM Rx application on their phone to track medication use.

Wells and Enteric Disease Transmission
Recruiting
Approximately 40 million people in the US are served by private, and frequently untreated, wells. Our best estimate is that 1.3 million cases of gastrointestinal illnesses (GI) per year are attributed to consuming water from untreated private wells in the US, but in reality, there are no robust epidemiological data that can be used to estimate cases of GI attributable to these sources. We propose the first randomized controlled trial (RCT) to estimate the burden of GI associated with private wel... Read More

Canadian-American Spinal Cord Perfusion Pressure and Biomarker Study
Recruiting
This multicenter study will enroll 100 patients with acute traumatic cervical and thoracic SCI who have a lumbar intrathecal catheter inserted within 24 hours of their injury. The lumbar intrathecal catheter will be inserted pre-operatively for the measurement of ITP and the collection of cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) samples. SCPP will be calculated as the difference between MAP and the ITP. There are two important distinct yet related objectives in this prospective interventional study. 1. Deter... Read More
