Spermatogonial Stem Cell (SSC) Transplant and Testicular Tissue Grafting

Spermatogonial stem cell transplantation through ultrasound guided rete testis injection and testicular tissue grafting will be performed for participants who have frozen testicular tissue prior to gonadotoxic therapy.
