Adult Congenital Heart Disease International EValuation of the Effectiveness of SGLT2i Registry
Recruiting
This real-world, international registry aims to evaluate the current experience with sodium-glucose cotransporter 2 inhibitors (SGLT2i) in adult congenital heart disease (ACHD) patients by investigating the prescription patterns, safety, tolerability, and potential beneficial effects on heart failure-related outcomes.

Determination of Red Cell Survival in Sickle Cell Disease and Other Hemoglobinopathies Using Biotin Labeling
Recruiting
Background: Sickle cell disease (SCD) is an inherited disorder of the blood. SCD causes red blood cells (RBCs) to die early. This can lead to a shortage of healthy cells. SCD and other blood disorders can be managed with drugs or cured with a bone marrow transplant. Researchers want to know how long RBCs survive in people with SCD and other blood disorders before and after treatment compared to those who had a bone marrow transplant. Objective: To learn how long RBCs survive in the body in pe... Read More

Natural History, Epidemiology and Pathogenesis of Severe HPV-Related Diseases (Neptune)
Recruiting
Background: Most symptoms of human papillomaviruses (HPV) infection, do not cause serious health problems, but some do. As HPV can cause uncontrolled growth of infected cells, some people can develop benign skin lesions, larger warts, genital lesions, tumors or cysts that do not respond to treatment. Researchers want to learn why. Objective: To better understand why some people are more likely than others to get sick from HPV infection, and why medicine or surgery is not always effective. El... Excision of Lymph Node Trial (EXCILYNT) (Mel69)
Recruiting
The purpose of this study is to find out if removing only the cancerous lymph node (known as a lymph node excision) is effective at preventing cancer from coming back in the same area of the lymph node excision. The study team is also trying to find out the side effects of this type of surgery and how much the surgery impacts quality of life. In order to be eligible for this study, participants must have been diagnosed with metastatic melanoma and have one detected cancerous lymph node by imagi... Read More

Deliver-EE: Evaluating Effects of Meal Delivery
Recruiting
This study will randomly assign 2,300 older adults on waiting lists at fourteen Meals on Wheels programs in Florida, Illinois, Maryland, Tennessee, Texas, North Carolina, South Carolina, and California into two groups who will receive: (a) daily delivery of meals, five days a week or (b) a shipment of 10 frozen meals, every two weeks. Researchers will examine participants' Medicare claims to understand if differences in healthcare utilization occur between the two groups within six months after... Read More

DALY II USA/ MB-CART2019.1 for DLBCL
Recruiting
DALY II USA is a phase II, multi-center, single arm study to evaluate the efficacy, safety, and pharmacokinetics of zamtocabtagene autoleucel (MB-CART2019.1) in patients with relapsed and/or refractory diffuse large B cell lymphoma (DLBCL) after receiving at least two lines of therapy. Additional cohorts include subjects with B-cell primary or secondary central nervous system (CNS) lymphoma (PCNSL) and (SCNSL), mantle cell lymphoma (MCL) and Richter's transformation (RT) after receiving at least... Motor Outcomes to Validate Evaluations in FSHD (MOVE FSHD)
Recruiting
The primary goal of this proposal is to collect motor and functional outcomes specific to FSHD over time. By collecting measures specific to FSHD, this will help ensure the best level of clinical care is being provided. Also, the hope is to speed up drug development by gaining a better understanding of how having FSHD impacts motor function and other health outcomes (i.e. breathing, wheelchair use, etc.) and how big a change in motor function would be clinically meaningful to those with FSHD. Study of NEO-201 in Solid Tumors Expansion Cohorts
Recruiting
The open label, first-in-human, phase 1, dose escalation component in refractory solid tumors has been completed. The Maximum Tolerated Dose and Recommended Phase 2 Dose (RP2D) was determined to be 1.5mg/kg. The Expansion Phase of this study is currently enrolling subjects with non small cell lung cancer (NSCLC), head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSCC), cervical and uterine cancers who progressed on front line therapy. Subjects will be treated with NEO-201 at the RP2D (1.5 mg/kg) every 2... Read More

Genes and Environment in Multiple Sclerosis
Recruiting
The purpose of the research study is to identify the genetic, environmental and immune profiles that may increase a person's risk of developing multiple sclerosis (MS). While MS is not a disease caused by a single variation in genetic material (DNA), a single environmental factor, or a single malfunction in immune cells, there are genetic alterations, environmental exposures and immunologic factors that make the development of MS more likely. Obtaining information about who is at risk for MS wil... Read More

Impact of Bromocriptine on Clinical Outcomes for Peripartum Cardiomyopathy
Recruiting
The study will enroll 200 women newly diagnosed with peripartum cardiomyopathy within 5 months postpartum in a randomized placebo controlled trial of bromocriptine therapy to evaluate its impact on myocardial recovery and clinical outcomes. Given that bromocriptine prevents breastfeeding, an additional 50 women with peripartum cardiomyopathy excluded from the trial due to a desire to continue breastfeeding but meeting all other entry criteria will be followed in an observational cohort.
