150 males and 150 females ages 14-17 years-old will be enrolled in an observational, longitudinal study. There are three planned in-person visits: a baseline assessment, an 18-month follow-up, and a 36-month follow-up. The in-person visits will include assessment of substance use and other individual differences (e.g., reward function, psychiatric history), neuromelanin-sensitive MRI, as well as functional brain activation collected while the participant is at rest (resting-state fMRI) and while the participant completes a Monetary Incentive Delay task. PROACTIVE NYS is a long-term follow-up study of all infants who test positive for congenital Cytomegalovirus infection (CMV) throughout New York State on the Newborn Screen. By following all infants who screen positive, we will learn important information about the range of symptoms caused by congenital CMV, from those babies with more severe findings to those with no symptoms. In particular, our study will provide new information about many facets of congenital CMV, including: * Developmental, hearing, neurologic, and vision outcomes * The spectrum and timing of symptoms * The impact congenital CMV has on the baby and its family * How many babies are infected with congenital CMV in New York State How antiviral medications and other interventions impact outcomes of children with congenital CMV Throughout the duration of the study, children will undergo routine developmental and hearing assessments, which will assist with early diagnosis of any infection complications. Any child found to have a neurodevelopmental, hearing, or vision abnormality will be referred for appropriate evaluation and treatment. Families will also be asked to complete periodic surveys about their experience with congenital CMV, both as a medical diagnosis and as it affects their day-to-day activities. Read Less

This study is researching an experimental drug called fianlimab (also called REGN3767) with two other medications called cemiplimab and platinum-doublet chemotherapy, individually called a "study drug" or collectively called "study drugs", when combined in this study. The study is being conducted in patients who have resectable stage II to IIIB (N2) non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) that can be treated with surgery. The aim of the study is to see how effective the combination of fianlimab, cemiplimab, and chemotherapy is in comparison with cemiplimab and chemotherapy as peri-operative therapy in participants with NSCLC. The study is looking at several other research questions, including: * What side effects may happen from taking the study drugs * How much of each study drug is in the blood at different times * Whether the body makes antibodies against the study drugs (which could make the drugs less effective or could lead to side effects) * How administering the study drugs might affect quality of life Read Less

This clinical trial is studying solid tumor cancers. A solid tumor is one that starts in part of your body like your lungs or liver instead of your blood. Once they've grown bigger in one spot or spread to other parts of the body, they're harder to treat. This is called advanced or metastatic cancer. Participants in this study must have breast cancer or gastric cancer. Participants must have tumors that have HER2 on them. This allows the cancer to grow more quickly or spread faster. There are few treatment options for patients with advanced or metastatic solid tumors that express HER2. This clinical trial uses an experimental drug called disitamab vedotin (DV). Disitamab vedotin is a type of antibody drug conjugate or ADC. ADCs are designed to stick to cancer cells and kill them. This clinical trial uses a drug called tucatinib, which has been approved to treat cancer in the United States and some other countries. This drug is sold under the brand name TUKYSA®. This study will test how safe and how well DV with tucatinib works for participants with solid tumors. This study will also test what side effects happen when participants take these drugs. This is an observational study in which only data will be collected from adults with unresectable hepatocellular carcinoma. These adults should be prescribed a different treatment after treatment with atezolizumab and bevacizumab, or another similar combination of drugs, by their doctors. Unresectable hepatocellular carcinoma (uHCC) is a type of liver cancer that cannot be treated with surgery. In the past, sorafenib was the only approved first-line anti-cancer drug for people with uHCC. Regorafenib and other drugs were approved as second-line treatments for uHCC if a person could not take sorafenib or it stopped working for them. Lately, another first-line (1L) treatment called immuno-oncology (IO) immune checkpoint inhibitor combination (1L-IO combo), like atezolizumab with bevacizumab (AB), has become the preferred choice of treatment. This is because of the meaningful impact on patient survival. 1L-IO combo are drugs that help the body's defense system recognize and kill cancer cells. Since the other treatments were previously approved for use following sorafenib, the best order to take these treatments in following an 1L-IO combo is unknown. To better understand and determine this order, more knowledge is needed about how well different treatments work in participants with uHCC who have been treated with AB or another 1L-IO combo. The main purpose of this study is to learn more about how well different treatments work when given after first-line treatment with AB or another approved 1L-IO combo. To do this, researchers will collect data on how long the participants live (also called overall survival) from the start of any treatment given after the first-line treatment. In addition, researchers will also collect the following information to learn more about the participants who will be given a different treatment after the 1L-IO combo: * characteristics including age, sex, and race, and signs and symptoms of the participants over the duration of their first-line treatment * the length of time from the first to the last dose (also called duration of therapy) of the treatments given after the 1L-IO combo * the length of time until a participant's cancer worsens, or they die (also called progression free survival) from the start of the treatments given after the 1L-IO combo * the number of participants whose tumor completely disappears or shrinks (also called overall tumor response) after taking the treatments given after the 1L-IO combo * the sequence of treatments given after the 1L-IO combo Data will be collected from September 2023 to December 2026 and cover a period of around 3 years. The data will be collected using medical records or by interviewing the participants during their routine visits to the doctor. Researchers will observe participants from the start of the treatment given after the 1L-IO combo until the end of their participation in the study. In this study, only data from routine care will be collected. No visits or tests are required as part of this study. Read Less

This is a Phase II randomized, double-blind, placebo controlled, multi-site study of Candin. It is designed to show the efficacy and safety of a 7-dose regimen of Candin over a two-year period in terms of reducing cancer recurrence rate by comparing the recurrence rates between the Candin and the placebo arm. The ratio of the number of subjects who will receive Candin versus placebo will be 3:1. Up to 100 subjects will be screened until 80 subjects are eligible for injection. Read Less

This study is being done to learn about urothelial cancers that make HER2 and how that affects treatment choices for participants with urothelial cancer. During this study, the medical and health records of participants will be reviewed to learn more about their health. Participants will have urothelial cancer that has grown in the body near where it started (locally advanced) and cannot be removed (unresectable) or has spread through the body (metastatic). The goal of this clinical trial is to test the impact of repeated intermittent short sleep, with short sleep maintained 5 days per week followed by 2 days of prolonged sleep, compared to daily adequate sleep, on energy balance and cardiometabolic risk. A secondary goal of this research is to determine if maintaining a constant midpoint of sleep while undergoing intermittent short sleep, leads to better outcomes than intermittent short sleep with a 2-hour delay in sleep midpoint.
