A Study of Changes to Prostate Procedures
Recruiting
The purpose of this study is to look whether using local anesthesia during a transperineal prostate biopsy, while put to sleep by IV sedation, helps reduce the number of people who feel significant pain in the recovery room. The researchers will also look at how local anesthesia affects the amount of pain medication used, how quickly people can go home after the biopsy, and how well they recover after leaving the hospital.

Virtual Reality for Symptom Management in Patients Undergoing Hematopoietic Stem Cell Transplantation
Recruiting
This clinical trial compares the use of virtual reality to standard care for improving symptom management in patients undergoing hematopoietic stem cell transplantation (HSCT). Significant symptoms experienced by hospitalized HSCT patients include, but are not limited to, depression, tiredness, anxiety, drowsiness, lack of appetite, pain, and overall decreased quality of life and well-being. A Study of Azacitidine and Venetoclax in People With Acute Myeloid Leukemia (AML)
Recruiting
The purpose of this study is to find out if azacitidine and venetoclax are an effective treatment approach to get rid of or lower measurable residual disease (MRD) in people with acute myeloid leukemia (AML) who have received standard chemotherapy and are planning to have an allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplant (HSCT). Allogeneic HSCT, sometimes called a bone marrow transplant, involves receiving healthy blood-forming cells (stem cells) from a donor in order to replace the patient's imm... Read More
