FaCT Trial (Facilitated Cascade Testing Trial)
Recruiting
The purpose of this study is to assess an intervention that incorporates engagement strategies with a medical team navigator, an educational video and accessible genetic testing services to maximize the genetic testing and education of at-risk relatives. In this study, first degree relatives who agree to participate will either receive this intervention or standard of care. The investigators do not know if the facilitated interventional method will be more effective than the standard of care met... Read More

Investigating Dupilumab's Effect in Asthma by Genotype
Recruiting
The Goal of this study is to investigate if individuals ages 12 years and older, carrying the IL-4RαR576 gene variant, will have a greater response to therapy acting directly on the anti-IL-4R. This will be conducted by examining the effect of a 48 week therapy with dupilumab on the rate of asthma exacerbations.

Confirmatory Clinical Evaluation of Novilase® Laser Therapy for Focal Destruction of Malignant Breast Tumors
Recruiting
Prior to this confirmatory pivotal study, the multicenter Br-002 feasibility study was completed. 98% of tumors less than or equal to 15mm were completely ablated in one procedure. This study will evaluate Novilase for the focal destruction of malignant tumors of the breast that are less than or equal to 15 mm against a performance goal for the standard of care, lumpectomy. The ASBrS' goal of less than 20% retreatment by 2020 was selected as a representative performance goal, i.e., 80.0%, and is... Read More

QUILT-3.055: A Study of Combination Immunotherapies in Patients Who Have Previously Received Treatment With Immune Checkpoint Inhibitors
Recruiting
This Phase 2b, multicohort, open-label clinical trial (QUILT-3.055) evaluates combination immunotherapies in patients with various advanced solid tumors who have progressed following prior PD-1/PD-L1 checkpoint inhibitor therapy. The trial includes six cohorts: Cohorts 1-4: Patients who progressed after an initial response (PR or CR) to prior PD-1/PD-L1 therapy, receiving combination therapy with N-803 and a PD-1/PD-L1 checkpoint inhibitor. Use of Adenosine to Determine the Electrophysiological Mechanism of Premature Ventricular Contractions
Recruiting
Unblinded, controlled, non-randomized, mechanistic study to determine whether physiological mechanisms underlying PVC are sensitive to adenosine. One hundred subjects undergoing clinically-indicated, standard-of-care cardiac electrophysiology study (EPS) procedure for PVCs will receive adenosine and/or verapamil to learn if their arrhythmias are inducible similarly to sustained ventricular tachycardia.
