Stage 2 Type 1 Diabates (T1D) is an early stage of T1D characterized by dysglycemia but not yet leading to clinical symptoms. Progression of the disease to Stage 3 (clinical T1D), leads to overt hyperglycemia requiring eventually exogenous insulin. TZIELD® (teplizumab-mzwv) has been approved to delay onset of stage 3 T1D, by the United States (US) Food and Drug Administration (FDA) for adults and children aged 8 years and older with Stage 2 T1D. Poor sleep quality is very common in modern society. Walnuts contain many nutrients that may be helpful for sleep, including melatonin and polyphenols. Some studies show that eating foods high in melatonin and polyphenols improves sleep quality, but walnuts have not been studied specifically. This study proposes to test if eating walnuts improves sleep compared to a food that lacks these sleep-promoting factors. The investigators expect that walnut consumption for 4 days will increase melatonin levels and lead to better sleep quality compared to a high-carbohydrate, high-sugar food. The study will enroll middle-aged and older adults with sleep complaints to participate in this study. Each person will eat the two different foods for 4 days each in random order. The 4-day periods will be separated by at least 2-3 weeks. Sleep quality will be measured by questionnaire and with a wrist monitor every day. The investigators will also do a sleep study using electroencephalography (EEG) on night 3 and take measures of circadian physiology (natural body rhythms) in the laboratory on day 4 (including overnight) by measuring body temperature and blood and urine melatonin. This is an open-label, prospective, observational, post-market, uncontrolled, multi-center study intended to evaluate the safety and clinical performance of the FITBONE Transport and Lengthening Nail when used according to the manufacturer's Instructions for Use. The FITBONE Transport \& Lengthening Nail is a variant of the FITBONE TAA Nail, which has been commercially available in the US since 2017. The clinical performance and safety of the medical device have been assessed based on mechanical and biomechanical tests and clinical data obtained from scientific publications on equivalent products. This study intends to prospectively obtain clinical safety and performance data on the device, as used according to the manufacturer's Instructions for Use, in the real-world clinical setting. The data obtained from this study will also be used to provide additional clinical evidence to support product registrations, as required by various regulatory bodies outside the US. Eligible participants will have been selected by their physician to be treated with the FITBONE Transport and Lengthening System as part of treatment for their condition or injury. Non-Squamous Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer (NSCLC) remains a leading cause of cancer mortality worldwide, with poor survival prospects for metastatic disease. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the optimized dose, adverse events, and efficacy of livmoniplimab in combination with budigalimab plus chemotherapy versus pembrolizumab plus chemotherapy in participants with untreated metastatic non-squamous non-small cell lung cancer. Livmoniplimab is an investigational drug being developed for the treatment of NSCLC. There are 2 stages to this study. In Stage 1, there are 4 treatment arms. Participants will either receive livmoniplimab (at different doses) in combination with budigalimab (another investigational drug) + chemotherapy, budigalimab +chemotherapy, or pembrolizumab +chemotherapy. In Stage 2, there are 2 treatments arms. Participants will either receive livmoniplimab (optimized dose) in combination with budigalimab +chemotherapy or placebo in combination with pembrolizumab +chemotherapy. Chemotherapy consists of IV Infused pemetrexed + IV infused cisplatin or IV infused or injected carboplatin. Approximately 840 adult participants will be enrolled in the study across 200 sites worldwide. Stage 1: In cohort 1, participants will receive intravenously (IV) infused livmoniplimab (dose A)+ IV infused budigalimab, + chemotherapy for 4 cycles followed by livmoniplimab + budigalimab + IV Infused pemetrexed. In cohort 2, participants will receive livmoniplimab (dose B) + budigalimab + chemotherapy for 4 cycles followed by livmoniplimab + budigalimab + pemetrexed. In cohort 3, participants will receive budigalimab + chemotherapy for 4 cycles followed by budigalimab + pemetrexed . In cohort 4, participants will receive IV Infused pembrolizumab + chemotherapy for 4 cycles followed by pembrolizumab + pemetrexed. Stage 2: In arm 1, participants will receive livmoniplimab (dose optimized) + budigalimab + chemotherapy for 4 cycles followed by livmoniplimab + budigalimab + pemetrexed. In arm 2, participants will receive IV Infused placebo + pembrolizumab + chemotherapy for 4 cycles followed by pembrolizumab + pemetrexed. The estimated study duration is 55 months. There may be higher treatment burden for participants in this trial compared to their standard of care. The VA wants to understand what type of integrative and whole health approaches are helpful for Veterans. The study is comparing two primary care based mental health treatments, a mindfulness class that teaches mindfulness meditation and a problem-solving class that teaches problem-solving skills and how to build resilience, for Veterans who are experiencing symptoms of anxiety, depression, and/or PTSD. The goal of the study is to understand if the classes reduce symptoms of anxiety, depression, and/or PTSD and increase overall functioning. Read Less

This study is researching an experimental drug called odronextamab, referred to as study drug. The study is focused on participants with previously untreated follicular lymphoma. Follicular lymphoma is a type of non-Hodgkin lymphoma or NHL. Participants with follicular lymphoma that has come back after treatment (called "relapsed") or did not respond to treatment (called "refractory") are eligible to take part only in Part 1A of the study. This study is made up of 3 parts: Part 1A (non-randomized), Part 1B and Part 2 (randomized - controlled). The aim of Part 1A and Part 1B of the study is to see how safe and tolerable the study drug in combination with chemotherapy is and to determine the dose and schedule of the study drug to be combined with chemotherapy to be used in Part 2 of the study. The aim of Part 2 of the study is to assess how effective the combination of the study drug with chemotherapy is in comparison with the combination of rituximab and chemotherapy (the current standard-of-care for NHL). Standard-of-care means the usual medication expected and used when receiving treatment for a condition. The study is looking at several other research questions, including: * What side effects may happen from taking the study drug * How much study drug is in the blood at different times * Whether the body makes antibodies against the study drug (which could make the study drug less effective or could lead to side effects) * The impact from the study drug on quality-of-life and ability to complete routine daily activities Read Less
