Atopic dermatitis (AD) is a chronic allergic skin disease with onset in early childhood and increasing prevalence in Westernized countries. Current well newborn guidelines for washing babies with soap were adopted by U.S. hospitals in the 1970s, before the rise in prevalence of allergic disease and AD (also called eczema). Efficacy of Implantable Defibrillator Therapy After a Myocardial Infarction
Recruiting
This study will assess whether an implantable defibrillator will increase the likelihood of survival in patients who have had a heart attack in the prior 5 years, have abnormal test results from a 24 hour heart monitor, and who have low normal heart function.
