A Study of Melphalan in People With Lymphoma Getting an Autologous Hematopoietic Cell Transplant
Recruiting
The purpose of this study is to find out whether it is practical to use a newer way to calculate melphalan dose given (called population PK model) in BEAM chemotherapy before AHCT. Standard dose is fixed for everybody and is calculated using height and weight. The population PK model, tested in this study, uses information based on people who have previously received melphalan and aims to calculate an optimal dose separately for each person. Study researchers think that the dose calculated using... Read More

Project I Test: Implementing HIV Testing in Opioid Treatment Programs
Recruiting
This study will test two active evidence-based "practice coaching" (PC) interventions to improve opioid treatment programs' (OTPs') provision and sustained implementation of on-site 1) HIV testing and linkage to care and 2) HIV/Hepatitis C virus (HCV) testing and linkage to care among patients seeking/receiving substance use disorder treatment. Aims are: Aim 1: To evaluate the effectiveness of the PC interventions on improving patient uptake of HIV testing in OTPs including the incremental imp... Read More

A Study of TSR-022 in Participants With Advanced Solid Tumors (AMBER)
Recruiting
This is a first-in-human study evaluating the anti-T cell immunoglobulin and mucin containing protein-3 (TIM-3) antibody TSR-022. The study will be conducted in 2 parts with Part 1 consisting of dose escalation and Part 2 dose expansion. Part 1 will determine the recommended Phase 2 dose (RP2D) of TSR-022 and Part 2 will evaluate the antitumor activity of TSR-022 in combination with TSR-042 or docetaxel and as monotherapy.

Culture and Well-Being for Latinos
Recruiting
The proposed K23 study is an intervention study using an experimental therapeutics approach. This pilot RCT asks: "Does SOCIAL-ENGAGE increase cultural-social engagement and decrease suicide risk among Spanish-speaking adults?" We will first optimize a behavioral intervention - SOCIAL ENGAGE (S-ENGAGE) - for target engagement using human-centered design approaches with Spanish-speaking adults at risk for suicide (n=5) and then conduct a pilot RCT (n=60) to test target engagement (cultural-social... Longitudinal Imaging of Microglial Activation in Different Clinical Variants of Alzheimer's Disease
Recruiting
The purpose of this study is to determine how inflammation is related to other changes in the brain that occur during the progression of Alzheimer's disease. The investigators are also studying how inflammation is related to the symptoms that first occur in patients with Alzheimer's disease (AD). For this reason, the investigators are asking people with different versions of Alzheimer's disease and/or other related dementias to participate. This includes patients with: * Mild Cognitive Impairme... Read More
