Clinical Research for Alpha-1 Antitrypsin Deficiency–Associated Liver Disease

The Redwood Study is currently enrolling adults 18 to 75 years of age with Alpha-1
Liver Disease. The purpose of the study is to evaluate how safe and effective an
investigational study drug is compared to a placebo (both groups will receive
injections, but the placebo contains no active medication) in the treatment of liver
disease. If you or any of your family members have a confirmed or suspected
diagnosis of Alpha-1 Liver Disease, you may be eligible.

Novel SEQUEnced Immunotherapy With Anti-angiogenesis and Chemotherapy in Advanced gastroesophageaL Adenocarcinoma

Cohort 1 [CLOSED] Study treatment involves two segments: (1) Induction Immunotherapy segment with pembrolizumab monotherapy every 3 weeks until irRECIST PD and (2) Combination Therapy segment. Nab-paclitaxel may be utilized in place of paclitaxel at investigator's discretion for subjects with paclitaxel reactions.
Cohort 2 Patients are randomized to Arm A or B. Treatment in both arms includes pembrolizumab + RAM + paclitaxel.

This is a phase I/II study to evaluate the feasibility, safety and preliminary antitumor efficacy of rapcabtagene autoleucel (also known as YTB323). The National Myelodysplastic Syndromes (MDS) Study

Multi-center study enrolling patients suspected or newly diagnosed with myelodysplastic syndromes (MDS), myelodysplastic syndromes/myeloproliferative neoplasms (MDS/MPN) overlap disorder, or idiopathic cytopenia of undetermined significance (ICUS).
