This clinical trial the possibility of establishing a Community Living Labs (CoLLab) Learning Health System to facilitate access to prostate health Risk, Education, and Assessment in the Community with Help (REACH) services in Black men and compares the impact to American Legion Posts with no CoLLab set up at the individual and community levels. Cancer is the second leading cause of death for Black men and Black men are less likely to receive prostate cancer screening. CoLLab Learning Health System utilizes community health workers (CHW) that are well-trained to form a bridge between communities and clinicians. In fact, Black men who work with CHW's typically have better access to health services, gain knowledge about cancer, cancer prevention, treatment and may have better overall health outcomes. Establishing a CoLLab Learning Health System at American Legion Posts may improve access to clinical trials and prostate cancer services in Black men. Read Less

Alopecia areata (AA) is a chronic relapsing autoimmune disease characterized by nonscarring hair loss affecting children, adolescents, and adults across all ages, races, and genders. AA primarily affects the scalp; however, it also can affect nails, eyelashes, eyebrows, and other hair follicles on the patient's body. The 3 main types of AA are: * Patchy alopecia (PA), as seen in 90% of clinical diagnoses * Alopecia totalis (AT), that affects all scalp hair * Alopecia universalis (AU), involving all scalp, face, and body hair Dermatologist preferences for utility and order of skin-directed therapies to treat AA vary widely, with treatment choices based on various factors such as patients' age, disease duration and severity (Meah et al., 2020). Ritlecitinib is a bioavailable small molecule that irreversibly binds to Janus kinase-3 (JAK3) and Tyrosine kinase Expressed in the hepatocellular Carcinoma kinase family (TEC). Ritlecitinib 50 mg once daily was approved by the FDA 23 June 2023 and EMA 20 July 2023 for the treatment of severe alopecia areata in adults and adolescents 12 years of age and older. In Japan, ritlecitinib was approved on 26 June 2023 for the treatment of alopecia areata (limited to intractable cases involving widespread hair loss). Additional countries have since approved ritlecitinib. Those approvals are based on the results of the ritlecitinib pivotal phase 2b/3 study (ALLEGRO 2b/3) which examined efficacy and safety of ritlecitinib in AA patients globally. Despite positive results from the ALLEGRO program, there is still lack of evidence on ritlecitinib patients' characteristics and clinical outcomes in routine clinical practice. The investigators will evaluate patient and disease characteristics, treatment patterns, and clinical and patient-reported outcomes among patients with AA who are receiving ritlecitinib. The aim of this study is to measure effectiveness of ritlecitinib in a real-world setting. Ritlecitinib will be prescribed to patients according to the approved product label. This project will determine the clinical utility of non-surgical spine decompression for chronic low back pain (LBP). LBP is one of the highest incidence medical conditions that contributes to disability, decreased activities of daily living, decreased quality of life, and inability to work. LBP affects ≈70-85% of people during their lifetime, with ≈20% becoming chronic by age 20-59 years. Many current LBP therapeutics have detrimental long-term effects, undesired side effects, are invasive procedures with low success rates, and do not fare better than conservative care. Further, many chronic musculoskeletal pain patients do not respond to surgery, and many develop dependence on opioids. This project will implement a small-scale double-blinded, randomized proof-of-concept clinical trial to gather biomechanical and MRI data that will objectively determine the effectiveness of non-surgical spinal decompression (NSSD) over a 12-week longitudinal timeframe. The potential to provide a non-invasive alternative to chronic LBP via NSSD is innovative and addresses the pressing need for safer, more effective pain management options with fewer negative sequelae. This study is researching an experimental drug called linvoseltamab when combined with another drug called dupilumab. The study is focused on patients who have IgE-mediated food allergy. If the patient has an allergy, the immune system overreacts to an allergen (eg, certain foods such as peanuts, milk, shellfish) by producing antibodies called IgE. IgE antibodies are released by cells such as plasma cells. These antibodies and allergens bind to other cells that release chemicals, causing an allergic reaction. The aim of the study is to see how safe and tolerable linvoseltamab is when combined with dupilumab. The study is looking at several other research questions, including: * What side effects may happen from taking the study drugs * Whether linvoseltamab when combined with dupilumab has an effect on other types of antibodies in the blood at different times * How much study drug(s) is in the blood at different times Read Less

The goal of this observational study is to learn about lung structure and function in a group of 1000 healthy people aged 25 to 35. The main questions it aims to answer are whether people's bodies, environment, and general lung health are associated with: * the structure of the participants lungs' airways, * the structure of blood vessels in the participants lungs and heart, and * the participants lungs' ability to exchange gases. Participants will take four different lung function tests to measure lung function, including: * air movement in the lungs (oscillometry) * lung size (slow vital capacity (SVC) and functional residual capacity (FRC) * gas transfer in the lungs (diffusing capacity for carbon monoxide (DLCO).
