Open-label of Loncastuximab Tesirine (ADCT-402) in Relapsed/Refractory Marginal Zone Lymphoma
Recruiting
The purpose of this research study is to see if loncastuximab tesirine has any benefits at dose levels researchers found acceptable in earlier studies in patients with related forms of immune cell cancers. The researchers want to find out the effects (good and bad) that loncastuximab tesirine has on the participant and the participant's condition.

Multi-center Trial of Ferric Derisomaltose in Children 0 to <18 Years of Age With Iron Deficiency Anemia
Recruiting
Several clinical trials have been reported for ferric derisomaltose where it has been shown to be well tolerated and to improve markers of IDA. All clinical trials with ferric derisomaltose have been performed in adults, however, IDA is not specific to the adult population. In fact, children are likely to develop IDA due to their rapid growth. The aim in this trial is to evaluate the efficacy and safety of intravenous (IV) ferric derisomaltose in children 0 to \<18 years of age with IDA due to... Read More

Mechanisms and Modulation of Pain Modulatory Capacity
Recruiting
This project proposes to understand the sources of pain variability, and demonstrate that pain variability represents fluctuation in natural pain management. The project further proposes to determine if endogenous capacity to modulate pain can be trained to maximize their body's ability to manage pain, much as the way in which athletic performance can be trained.

A Study of TAK-360 in Adults With Narcolepsy Without Cataplexy (NT2)
Recruiting
Narcolepsy without cataplexy or Narcolepsy Type 2 (NT2) is a lifelong condition that makes people very sleepy during the day, regardless of how much sleep they get at night. People with NT2 may fall asleep suddenly, have trouble staying awake during the day, or may not be able to sleep well at night. They may have difficulty thinking clearly, paying attention, or remembering things, during the day. These symptoms can make daily activities like driving, working, or caring for their families chall... Read More

Testing Olaparib for One or Two Years, With or Without Bevacizumab, to Treat Ovarian Cancer
Recruiting
This phase III trial compares the effect of olaparib for one year versus two years, with or without bevacizumab, for the treatment of BRCA 1/2 mutated or homologous recombination deficient stage III or IV ovarian cancer. Olaparib is a polyadenosine 5'-diphosphoribose polymerase (PARP) enzyme inhibitor and may stop the growth of tumor cells by blocking some of the enzymes needed for cell growth. Bevacizumab is in a class of medications called antiangiogenic agents. It works by stopping the format... Read More
