ELVN-002 in HER2 Mutant Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer
Recruiting
The goal of this clinical trial is to test ELVN-002 in people with cancers that have an abnormal HER2 gene. The main question the trial aims to answer is if ELVN-002 is safe and tolerable at different doses. A second main question is to evaluate the concentration of ELVN-002 in the blood at different doses and to see how this correlates with safety and see how the concentration of drug changes over time. The third main question is to see if ELVN-002 works to shrink cancers that have HER2 genetic... Read More

Stellate Ganglion Block for PTSD
Recruiting
Posttraumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) is a debilitating condition that affects about 15% of Veterans. Current treatments for Veterans with PTSD include medications and psychological therapies that help to process and desensitize to traumatic events. While effective for many, these treatments do not work for all patients, and many may refuse them. Stellate Ganglion Block (SGB), established to treat pain and other conditions, has shown promise for PTSD: early small studies show it may work fast and... Read More

Non-invasive Nerve Stimulation and Sleep
Recruiting
People often have difficulty sleeping. Reasons are many. But, difficulty falling and staying asleep are common issues. Sleep difficulties are common in disorders such as Post Traumatic Stress Disorder. Current treatments for sleep difficulties are not effective for everyone. Better treatments are needed. In this study, the investigators are testing two nerve stimulation locations that may impact brain function in such a way that sleep is improved.

Ibrutinib for the Prevention of Chronic Graft-Versus-Host Disease in Patients Undergoing Donor Stem Cell Transplant
Recruiting
This phase II trial tests how well ibrutinib works in preventing chronic graft-versus-host disease (GVHD) in patients undergoing donor (allogeneic) hematopoietic cell transplantation (HCT). An allogeneic hematopoietic cell transplantation (allo-HCT) is a treatment in which a person receives blood-forming stem cells (cells from which all blood cells develop) from a genetically similar, but not identical donor. When healthy stem cells from a donor are infused into a patient, they may help the pati... Read More
