This study is open to adults who are at least 18 years old and have: * A confirmed liver disease called non-alcoholic steatohepatitis (NASH) or * A confirmed liver disease called metabolic-associated steatohepatitis (MASH) * BMI of 27 kg/m2 or more or * 25 kg/m2 or more if the participant is Asian. People with a history of other chronic liver diseases or high alcohol intake cannot take part in this study. The purpose of this study is to find out whether a medicine called survodutide helps people with NASH or MASH improve their liver function. Participants are put into 2 groups randomly, which means by chance. 1 group gets survodutide and 1 group gets placebo. Placebo looks like survodutide but does not contain any medicine. Each participant has twice the chance of getting survodutide. Participants and doctors do not know who is in which group. Participants inject survodutide or placebo under their skin once a week. All participants regularly receive counselling to make changes to their diet and to exercise regularly. Participants are in the study for up to 4 and a half years. During this time, they visit the study site or have a remote visit by video call every 2, 4 or 6 weeks for about a 1 year and 5 months. After this time participants visit the trial site or have a remote visit every 3 months until the end of the study. The doctors check participants' health and take note of any unwanted effects. The participants' body weight is regularly measured. At some visits the liver parameters are measured using different imaging methods. This study is open to adults who are at least 18 years old and have: * a confirmed liver disease called non-alcoholic steatohepatitis (NASH)/metabolic-associated steatohepatitis (MASH) and * moderate or advanced liver fibrosis People with a history of acute or chronic liver diseases other than MASH or chronic alcohol intake cannot take part in this study. The purpose of this study is to find out whether a medicine called survodutide helps people with MASH and moderate or advanced liver fibrosis improve their liver function. This study has 2 parts. The purpose of the first part of this study is to find out the effect of survodutide on MASH and liver fibrosis. The purpose of the second part is to find out how safe and effective survodutide is in improving liver function. Participants are put into 2 groups randomly, which means by chance. 1 group gets survodutide and 1 group gets placebo. Placebo looks like survodutide but does not contain any medicine. Each participant has twice the chance of getting survodutide. Participants and doctors do not know who is in which group. Participants inject survodutide or placebo under their skin once a week. The survodutide doses are slowly increased until the target dose is reached. All participants receive counselling to make changes to their diet and to exercise regularly. Participants are in the study for up to 7 years. During this time, they regularly visit the study site or have remote visits by video call. For about the first year of the study, participants have these visits every 2 weeks, increasing to every 4 weeks and then every 6 weeks. After being in the study for a little over a year participants will then alternate between visiting the study site or having a remote visit every 3 months until the end of the study. The doctors check participants' health and take note of any unwanted effects. The participants' body weight and effects on the stomach and intestines are regularly measured. At some visits the liver is measured using different imaging methods. At 2 or 3 visits doctors take a small sample of liver tissue (biopsy). The purpose of this study is to find out whether a medicine called spesolimab helps people with pyoderma gangrenosum (PG). The main aim is to see whether spesolimab leads to closure of PG ulcers. This study is open to adults with ulcerative PG with at least 1 ulcer that measures between 5 cm\^2 to 80 cm\^2 in size. This study has 2 parts. In Part 1, participants are put into groups randomly, which means by chance. 1 group gets spesolimab and the other group gets placebo. Placebo injections look like spesolimab injections, but do not contain any medicine. Every participant has a 2 in 3 chance of getting spesolimab. For the first 8 weeks, participants also take corticosteroid medicine by mouth. In Part 2, participants are put into groups again. Participants without open ulcers have an equal chance of getting spesolimab or placebo. Participants with open skin ulcers will get spesolimab. In both parts, participants receive spesolimab or placebo as an infusion into a vein every 4 weeks. Participants are in the study for about 1.5 years. During this time, they visit the study site 20 times. At study visits, doctors check the participant's skin for signs of PG. This study is open to adults who participated in a previous clinical study with brigimadlin. The goal of this study is to find out how well people with solid tumours tolerate long-term treatment with brigimadlin. Brigimadlin is a so-called MDM2 inhibitor that is being developed to treat cancer. Participants are grouped in cohorts depending on their treatment in the previous study: * Cohort 1a got brigimadlin and continues treatment with brigimadlin * Cohort 1b got brigimadlin for 4 or less treatment cycles; each cycle was 3 weeks long * Cohort 2 received a comparator and gets brigimadlin for the first time All participants take brigimadlin as tablets once every 3 weeks at the study site. Participants in the Cohorts 1b and 2 visit the sites more frequently. At study visits, doctors check participants' health and take note of any unwanted effects. At some study visits, doctors also check the size of the tumour and whether it has spread to other parts of the body. Interstitial lung disease (ILD) is a lung condition resulting in inflammation and stiffening of the lung, often associated with connective tissue diseases (CTDs). ILD causes reduction in lung volume, shortness of breath, cough and fatigue therefore has high impact on quality of life and is also the leading cause of death in participants with these conditions. The study will assess whether treatment of CTD-ILD participants with belimumab in addition to standard therapy will result in the stabilization and/or improvement of lung function and improve symptoms associated with ILD with an acceptable safety profile. Cancer is a condition where cells in a specific part of body grow and reproduce uncontrollably. Non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) is a solid tumor, a disease in which cancer cells form in the tissues of the lung. The purpose of this study is to assess how safe telisotuzumab vedotin is in adult participants with NSCLC. Change in disease activity and adverse events will be assessed. Telisotuzumab vedotin is an investigational drug being developed for the treatment of NSCLC. Participants will be randomly assigned a treatment of telisotuzumab vedotin in 1 of 3 arms at an 1:1:1 ratio. Each group receives intravenous (IV) infusion of telisotuzumab vedotin at different doses. Approximately 150 adult participants with c-Met overexpressing NSCLC will be enrolled in the study at approximately 70 to 80 sites worldwide. Participants will receive IV telisotuzumab vedotin at 1 of 3 dose regimens as part of a 3 year study duration. There may be higher treatment burden for participants in this trial compared to their standard of care. Participants will attend regular visits during the study at a hospital or clinic. This study is researching experimental (study) drugs called pozelimab and cemdisiran. The study is focused on participants who have Geographic Atrophy (GA) caused by Age-related Macular Degeneration (AMD). Geographic atrophy is a medical term that refers to later-stage cases of AMD which is an eye condition affecting central vision (what one sees straight ahead). The purpose of this study is to evaluate the progression rate of Geographic Atrophy in eyes of patients treated with cemdisiran alone or in combination with pozelimab compared to those treated with placebo. Researchers are looking for a better way to treat people who have advanced non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) with specific genetic changes called human epidermal growth factor receptor 2 (HER2) mutations. Advanced NSCLC is a group of lung cancers that have spread to nearby tissues or to other parts of the body or that are unlikely to be cured or controlled with currently available treatments. HER2 is a protein that helps cells to grow and divide. A damage (also called mutation) to the building plans (genes) for this protein in cancer cells leads to a production of abnormal HER2 and therefore abnormal cell growth and division. The study treatment, BAY 2927088, is expected to block the mutated HER2 protein which may stop the spread of NSCLC. The main purpose of this study is to learn how well BAY 2927088 works and how safe it is compared with standard treatment, in participants who have advanced NSCLC with specific genetic changes called HER2 mutations. The study participants will receive one of the study treatments: * BAY 2927088 twice every day as a tablet by mouth, or * Standard treatment in cycles of 21 days via infusion ("drip") into the vein. The treatment will continue for as long as participants benefit from it without any severe side effects or until they or their doctor decide to stop the treatment. During the study, the doctors and their study team will: * take imaging scans, including CT, PET, MRI, and X-rays, of different parts of the body to study the spread of cancer * check the overall health of the participants by performing tests such as blood and urine tests, and checking * heart health using an electrocardiogram (ECG) * perform pregnancy tests for women * ask the participants questions about how they are feeling and what adverse events they are having.
