A Clinical Study of Efinopegdutide in People With Compensated Cirrhosis Due to Steatohepatitis (MK-6024-017)
Recruiting
Researchers are looking for ways to treat a type of liver disease caused by elevated liver fat, called metabolic dysfunction-associated steatohepatitis (MASH). MASH was formerly called non-alcoholic steatohepatitis (NASH). Researchers want to learn if a study medicine called efinopegdutide can treat MASH.The goals of this study are to learn: * If efinopegdutide can lower the amount of fat, inflammation, and scarring (fibrosis) in the liver * About the safety of efinopegdutide and how well peopl... A Study to Compare Sacituzumab Tirumotecan (MK-2870) Monotherapy Versus Treatment of Physician's Choice as Second-line Treatment for Participants With Recurrent or Metastatic Cervical Cancer (MK-2870-020/TroFuse-020/Gog-3101/ENGOT-cx20)
Recruiting
This study will have two phases: a sacituzumab tirumotecan safety run-in and a Phase 3 portion. The safety run-in phase will be used to evaluate the efficacy and safety of sacituzumab tirumotecan at the dose for evaluation in the Phase 3 portion. The purpose of this study is to compare the efficacy and safety of sacituzumab tirumotecan versus treatment of physician's choice as second-line treatment for participants with recurrent or metastatic cervical cancer in the Phase 3 portion. The primary... Read More

A Study Observing Everyday Effectiveness and Safety of the Drug Elafibranor in Participants With Primary Biliary Cholangitis Who Are Receiving Ongoing Treatment
Recruiting
This study will collect information from participants with Primary Biliary Cholangitis (PBC) as they use the drug elafibranor in real world setting. PBC is a progressive rare liver disease in which tubes in the liver called bile ducts are damaged. The liver damage in PBC may lead to scarring (cirrhosis). PBC may also be associated with multiple symptoms including pruritus (itching) and fatigue. Many patients with PBC may require liver transplant or may die if the disease progresses and a liver... Pembrolizumab With or Without Maintenance Sacituzumab Tirumotecan (Sac-TMT; MK-2870) in Metastatic Squamous Non-small Cell Lung Cancer (NSCLC) [MK-2870-023]
Recruiting
This is a phase 3 study of pembrolizumab in combination with carboplatin/taxane (paclitaxel or nab-paclitaxel) followed by pembrolizumab with or without maintenance sacituzumab tirumotecan (sac-TMT; MK-2870) in first-line treatment of metastatic squamous non-small cell lung cancer. It is hypothesized that pembrolizumab with maintenance sacituzumab tirumotecan is superior to pembrolizumab without sacituzumab tirumotecan maintenance with respect to overall survival (OS).

A Study Comparing Anitocabtagene Autoleucel to Standard of Care Therapy in Participants With Relapsed/ Refractory Multiple Myeloma
Recruiting
The goal of this study (iMMagine-3) is to compare the study drug, anitocabtagene autoleucel to standard of care therapy (SOCT) in participants with relapsed/refractory multiple myeloma who have received 1 to 3 prior lines of therapy, including an anti-CD38 monoclonal antibody and an immunomodulatory drug. The primary objective of this study is to compare the efficacy of anitocabtagene autoleucel versus SOCT in participants with RRMM.

A Study Using Risk Factors to Determine Treatment for Children With Favorable Histology Wilms Tumors (FHWT)
Recruiting
This phase III trial studies using risk factors in determining treatment for children with favorable tissue (histology) Wilms tumors (FHWT). Wilms Tumor is the most common type of kidney cancer in children, and FHWT is the most common subtype. Previous large clinical trials have established treatment plans that are likely to cure most children with FHWT, however some children still have their cancer come back (called relapse) and not all survive. Previous research has identified features of FHWT... Read More
