Affirmative Psychotherapy for Sexual Minority Women's Mental and Behavioral Health
Recruiting
The purpose of this 2-arm randomized controlled trial is to assess the efficacy of a 10-session lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, and queer (LGBTQ)-affirmative cognitive-behavioral psychotherapy (CBT) delivered via telehealth in a large sample of sexual minority women (SMW) in New York, New Jersey and Pennsylvania. The investigators will assess whether the EQuIP (Empowering Queer Identities in Psychotherapy) treatment demonstrates significant reductions in heavy drinking (HD) and mental healt... Read More

A Study of Stereotactic Body Radiotherapy and 177Lu-PSMA-617 for the Treatment of Prostate Cancer
Recruiting
The researchers are doing this study to find out whether giving 177Lu-PSMA-617 followed by a type of radiation therapy called SBRT (stereotactic body radiation therapy) is a safe treatment for your cancer. The study agent has been shown to target tumor cells, and the researchers think that adding 177Lu-PSMA-617 to SBRT may prevent or delay the cancer from continuing to spread.

NICU Antibiotics and Outcomes Trial
Recruiting
The goal of the NANO trial is to study the longstanding clinical practice of empirically administering intravenous antibiotics to extremely low birthweight (ELBW) infants in the first days of life. In this 802-subject multicenter placebo-controlled randomized clinical trial, the hypothesis to be tested is that the incidence of adverse outcomes is higher in babies receiving empiric antibiotics (EA) in the first week of life compared to babies receiving placebo. The study targets a population of E... Read More

Screening for AL Amyloidosis in Smoldering Multiple Myeloma
Recruiting
In this multicenter study, we will recruit 400 patients 40 years of age or older at 15 centers with a diagnosis of smoldering multiple myeloma (SMM), a group of patients for whom standard of care is observation not treatment. The main goal of this study is to screen for the diagnosis of light-chain amyloidosis (AL) before the onset of symptomatic disease and to develop a training set for a likelihood algorithm.

A Study of 68Gallium PSMA-PET/CT Scans in People With Bladder Cancer or Skin Cancer
Recruiting
The purpose of this study is to see whether 68Gallium PSMA-PET/CT scans are an effective way to detect sites of cancer in people with metastatic bladder cancer or skin cancer. The study researchers want to learn if a 68Gallium PSMA PET/CT scan will work better, the same, or not as well as the PET/CT scans doctors usually use for imaging bladder cancer or skin cancer (FDG-PET/CT scan).

A Study of ZEN003694 in People With Squamous Cell Lung Cancer
Recruiting
The purpose of this study is to find out whether ZEN003694 is an effective treatment for people with advanced squamous cell lung cancer with a mutation in the NSD3 gene. ZEN003694 is a type of drug called a BET inhibitor. Researchers think ZEN003694 may help here because the drug works by blocking a group of proteins called bromodomain and extra-terminal (BET) proteins, which may counteract the effect of NSD3 on tumor growth. Blocking these proteins may slow or stop the growth of the cancer.
