This study will evaluate the efficacy and safety of erenumab in migraine prevention in children (6 to \<12 years) and adolescents (12 to \<18 years) with episodic migraine. The study hypothesis is that in pediatric participants with episodic migraine, the combined erenumab dose group has a greater reduction from baseline to week 9 through week 12 (month 3) in monthly migraine days (MMDs) when compared with placebo in the double-blind treatment phase (DBTP). The purpose of this study is to evaluate the long-term safety and efficacy of pembrolizumab (MK-3475) in participants from previous Merck pembrolizumab-based parent studies who transition into this extension study. This study will consist of three phases: 1) First Course Phase, 2) Survival Follow-up Phase or 3) Second Course Phase. Each participant will transition to this extension study in one of the following three phases, depending on the study phase they were in at the completion of the parent study. Participants who were in the First Course Phase of study treatment with pembrolizumab or lenvatinib in their parent study will enter the First Course Phase of this study and complete up to 35 doses or more every 3 weeks (Q3W) or 17 doses or more every 6 weeks (Q6W) of study treatment with pembrolizumab or a pembrolizumab-based combination or lenvatinib according to arm assignment. Participants who were in the Follow-up Phase in the parent study (post-treatment or Survival Follow-up Phase) will enter the Survival Follow-up Phase of this study. Participants who were in the Second Course Phase in their parent study will enter Second Course Phase of this study and complete up to 17 doses Q3W or 8 doses Q6W of study treatment with pembrolizumab or a pembrolizumab-based combination according to arm assignment. Any participant originating from a parent trial where crossover to pembrolizumab was permitted upon disease progression may be eligible for 35 doses as Q3W or 17 doses Q6W of pembrolizumab (approximately 2 years), if they progress while on the control arm and pembrolizumab is approved for the indication in the country where the potential eligible crossover participant is being evaluated. This study will look at how well CagriSema helps people living with obesity to lose weight and maintain the weight loss long-term. The study has 2 parts: The first part is called 'the main study' and the second part is called 'the extension study'. In the main study participants will either get CagriSema (a study medicine) or placebo (a dummy medicine that looks like CagriSema but has no active ingredient). Which treatment participants get is decided by chance. Participants are two times more likely to get CagriSema than placebo. If participants get CagriSema in the main study, participants will continue on CagriSema in the extension study. Which dose of CagriSema participants will continue on is decided by chance. If participants get placebo in the main study, participants will get CagriSema in the extension study. Participants will take one injection of study medicine once a week. In this study, researchers will learn more about the effects and safety of BIIB141, also known as omaveloxolone or SKYCLARYS®. This drug has been approved, or made available for doctors to prescribe, for people with Friedreich's Ataxia (FA) who are at least 16 years old. But, it is not yet available for children and teens with FA who are younger than 16 years old. The main objective of this study is to learn how BIIB141 works in the body and about its safety in children and teens who are 2 to 15 years old. The main questions researchers want to answer in this study are: * How does BIIB141 affect the participants' FA symptoms balance and stability? * How many participants have medical problems during the study? * Are there any changes in the participants' overall health during the study? * Are there any changes in the participants' heart health? * Are there any changes in how the participants move through puberty? Puberty is the time in someone's life when their body changes from a child to an adult. Researchers will also learn more about: - How the body processes BIIB141 in children and teens This study will be done as follows: * Participants will be screened to check if they can join the study. The screening period will be up to 28 days, after which participants will check into their study research center. * There are 2 parts in this study. During Part 1, participants will take either BIIB141 or a placebo once a day. * In Part 1, participants will take BIIB141 or the placebo in a study research center on Day 1, and then at in-person visits at Week 4, Week 12, Week 26, and Week 52. On all other days, they will take BIIB141 or the placebo at home. Part 1 lasts up to 52 weeks. * During Part 2, participants from Part 1 will either continue taking BIIB141 or start it if they were taking the placebo. Part 2 will last up to 104 weeks. * In Part 1, participants will have up to 10 visits to their study research center and a phone call at Week 2. In Part 2, participants will have visits at Weeks 4, 8,12, 26, and every 26 weeks after that until they leave the study, and a phone call at Week 2. The goal of this study is to compare how well sonrotoclax plus obinutuzumab works versus venetoclax plus rituximab in treating adults with relapsed and/or refractory (R/R) chronic lymphocytic leukemia/small lymphocytic lymphoma (CLL/SLL). The study will also compare how well sonrotoclax plus rituximab works versus venetoclax plus rituxumab in treating adults with R/R CLL/SLL. The safety of these treatments will also be assessed. This study is open to adults with chronic heart failure (HF) who have a reduced left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF) of less than 40%. People can join the study if they have been diagnosed with chronic HF at least 3 months before the study. The purpose of this study is to find out whether a medicine called vicadrostat, in combination with another medicine called empagliflozin, helps people with chronic heart failure. In this study, participants are put into 2 groups randomly. Participants have an equal chance of being in either group. One group takes vicadrostat and empagliflozin tablets, and the other group takes placebo and empagliflozin tablets. Placebo tablets look like vicadrostat tablets but do not contain any medicine. Participants take the study medicines as tablets once a day for between 1 and about 3.5 years. During this time, they can continue their regular treatment for heart failure. Participants can stay in the study as long as they benefit from treatment and can tolerate it, for a maximum of about 3.5 years. During this time, they visit the study site regularly. The exact number of visits is different for each participant, depending on how long they stay in the study. The study staff may also contact the participants by phone. Participants also regularly answer questions about their well-being. The doctors document when participants experience worsening of their heart failure symptoms, must go to hospital due to heart failure, or die during the study. The time until these events are observed is compared between the treatment groups to see whether the treatment works. The objective of the ESK-001-018 long term extension is to evaluate the safety and efficacy of ESK-001 over time. The scientific questions it aims to answer are: * How safe is taking ESK-001 long-term in people with moderate to severe plaque psoriasis? * Does taking ESK-001 long-term reduce the severity of people's plaque psoriasis? Patients will enter the long-term extension study following completion of one of the parent studies (ESK-001-016 or ESK-001-017) and will receive open-label ESK-001 twice daily for 24 weeks. After 24 weeks, the first 200 patients meeting at least PASI-75 clinical response will be randomly assigned to receive ESK-001 or placebo. At any point during this time, the patients losing the initial clinical response may return to the open-label ESK-001 treatment. Patients who complete Week 48 will return to open-label ESK-001 treatment and they will receive ESK-001 until the end of the study or discontinuation. All the remaining patients not meeting the entry criteria for the randomized withdrawal phase will continue to receive open-label ESK-001 for the remainder of the study. Patients taking part in the study must be men or women aged at least 18 years old and have completed a previous (parent) study of ESK-001 in moderate to severe plaque psoriasis.
