The main aim of this study is to understand how moderate and severe liver impairment (based on the Child-Pugh classification) affects the body's processing of a single dose of 10 mg maximum of palovarotene, compared to healthy participants with normal liver function. The study will also assess the safety and tolerability of the single dose of palovarotene. Participants will be enrolled in stages and divided into three groups based on their liver function: * Group 1: Healthy participants with normal liver function * Group 2: Participants with moderate liver impairment * Group 3: Participants with severe liver impairment (only enrolled if Group 2 results are safe and acceptable) Blood samples will be taken to assess how the drug binds to proteins in the blood. This study is for people who have geographic atrophy due to age-related macular degeneration (AMD). AMD happens when the macula, the light-sensitive layer at the back of the eye called the retina, becomes damaged and causes a person's central vision to worsen. Geographic atrophy is an advanced form of AMD where cells in the retina waste away and die. Over time this can lead to permanent loss of vision. Avacincaptad pegol can help slow down the worsening or progression of geographic atrophy. Avacincaptad pegol is a treatment approved in the US to treat geographic atrophy. This study is about collecting information on how people with geographic atrophy are treated in routine clinical practice. This includes recording any medical problems from avacincaptad pegol. This is known as an observational study. Information will be collected from the peoples' medical records during and after treatment. The people in this study will have geographic atrophy in 1 or both eyes and they and their doctor has decided they will be treated with avacincaptad pegol. The individual's doctor decides on treatment, not the study sponsor (Astellas). People that want to take part in the study will have eye examinations that they would usually have as part of their routine care. People will also be asked to complete surveys about their eye health. These surveys will occur when treatment starts and then every 6 months for the first 2 years. After 2 years the surveys will happen once a year. The people on the study can take part if their doctor provides treatment with avacincaptad pegol and they want to continue with the study. Non small cell lung carcinoma (NSCLC) is the most frequently occurring histologic subtype of lung cancer and is the leading cause of cancer-related deaths worldwide. The purpose of this study is to assess adverse events and change in disease activity when Telisotuzumab Adizutecan (ABBV-400) is given in combination with a programmed cell death receptor 1 (PD1) inhibitor (budigalimab) to adult participants to treat NSCLC. ABBV-400 and budigalimab are investigational drugs being developed for the treatment of NSCLC. This study will be divided into two stages, with the first stage treating participants with several doses of ABBV-400 in combination with budigalimab within the dose escalation regimen until the dose reached is tolerable and expected to be efficacious. In Stage 2 there will be 4 treatment groups. Two groups will receive budigalimab with different optimized doses of telisotuzumab adizutecan (to allow for the best dose to be studied in the future). One group will receive budigalimab, pemetrexed, and investigator's choice of carboplatin or cisplatin, followed by budigalimab and pemetrexed. One group will receive the standard of care (SOC) pembrolizumab, pemetrexed, and investigator's choice of carboplatin or cisplatin, followed by pembrolizumab and pemetrexed. Approximately 172 adult participants with NSCLC will be enrolled in the study in 132 sites worldwide. In the dose escalation stage participants will be treated with increasing intravenous (IV) doses of Telisotuzumab Adizutecan in combination with budigalimab until the dose of Telisotuzumab Adizutecan reached is tolerable and expected to be efficacious. In the dose optimization stage participants will be receive IV optimized doses of Telisotuzumab Adizutecan in combination with budigalimab or receive IV budigalimab, pemetrexed, and investigator's choice of carboplatin or cisplatin, followed by budigalimab and pemetrexed, or IV SOC pembrolizumab, pemetrexed, and investigator's choice of carboplatin or cisplatin, followed by pembrolizumab and pemetrexed. The study will run for a duration of approximately 33 months. There may be higher treatment burden for participants in this trial compared to their standard of care. Participants will attend regular visits during the study at an approved institution (hospital or clinic). The effect of the treatment will be frequently checked by medical assessments, blood tests, questionnaires and side effects. Read Less

Cancer is a condition where cells in a specific part of body grow and reproduce uncontrollably. The purpose of this study is to assess the safety and efficacy of for Mirvetuximab Soravtansine in participants with platinum-resistant advanced high-grade epithelial ovarian, primary peritoneal, or fallopian tube cancer (platinum-resistant ovarian cancer) (PROC) whose tumors express a high level of folate receptor alpha (FRα). Mirvetuximab Soravtansine (MIRV) is an investigational antibody drug conjugate designed to selectively kill cancer cells. The antibody (protein) part of MIRV targets tumors by delivering a cell-killing drug to cancer cells carrying a protein called folate receptor alpha (FRα). There are 2 cohorts in this study, the Randomized Phase 2 Cohort and the Hepatic Impairment Cohort. In the Randomized Phase 2 Cohort, participants are placed in 1 of 2 groups, called treatment arms. Each treatment arm receives MIRV on a different schedule (on day 1 every 21 days or on days 1 and 15 every 28 days). The Hepatic Impairment Cohort is designed to determine the starting dose of MIRV in patients with moderately abnormal liver function. Around 110 participants will be enrolled in the study at approximately 75 sites worldwide. The total study duration will be approximately 24 months. There may be higher treatment burden for participants in this trial compared to their standard of care. The goal of this study is to test A2B395, an allogeneic logic-gated Tmod™ CAR T-cell product in subjects with solid tumors including colorectal cancer (CRC), non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC), head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSCC), triple-negative breast cancer (TNBC), renal cell carcinoma (RCC) and other solid tumors that express EGFR and have lost HLA-A\*02 expression. A migraine is a headache with severe throbbing pain or a pulsating sensation, usually on one side of the head. It is often accompanied by feeling or being sick and a sensitivity to bright lights and sound. Migraines are caused by a series of events when the brain gets stimulated or activated, which causes the release of chemicals that cause pain. IPN10200 is a medication that stops the release of these chemical messengers. Participants with episodic migraine (EM) or chronic migraine (CM) will be included in both Step 1 and Step 2. "Headache days" are when participants experience headaches that meet the criteria for a migraine or a headache without the additional migraine-specific symptoms. "Migraine days" occur when the headache displays clear migraine characteristics. This study aims to determine: * The safety and efficacy of injecting IPN10200 directly into the muscles of the head and neck to prevent EM and CM, * The right amount (dose) of IPN10200 to inject at each point, * The total amount (dose) of IPN10200 that provides the best balance between safety and efficacy preventing migraines.
