Study of a Triple Combination Therapy, DTRM-555, in Patients With R/R CLL or R/R Non-Hodgkin's Lymphomas
Recruiting
Targeted drug therapies have greatly improved outcomes for patients with relapsed or refractory (R/R) chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL) and non-Hodgkin's lymphoma. However, single drug therapies have limitations, therefore, the current study is evaluating a novel oral combination of targeted drugs as a way of overcoming these limitations. This study will determine the efficacy of the triple combination therapy, DTRM-555, in patients with R/R CLL or R/R non-Hodgkin's lymphoma.

Randomized MRI-Guided Prostate Boosts Via Initial Lattice Stereotactic vs Daily Moderately Hypofractionated Radiotherapy
Recruiting
The purpose of this research study is to learn about: 1) improving control of prostate cancer using an extra high dose radiation treatment to the MRI defined high risk tumor areas, in addition to the standard radiation treatment to the rest of the prostate; 2) preserving quality of life by reducing dose to the nearby organs at risk around the prostate; and 3) establishing the relationship of pre- and post-treatment MRI to MRI-directed biopsy results at 2-2.5 years after treatment.

A Study of HFB301001 in Adult Patients With Advanced Solid Tumors
Recruiting
The purpose of this study is to test the safety and tolerability of HFB301001 in patients with advanced cancers. There are two parts in this study. During the escalation part, groups of participants will receive increasing doses until a safe and tolerable doses of HFB301001 is determined. During the expansion part, participants will take the dose of study drug that was determined from the escalation part of the study and will be assigned to a group based on the type of cancer they have.

Implementing Models for Mechanical Circulatory Support Presurgical Assessment in Congenital Heart Disease Treatment
Recruiting
The purpose of this research study is to look at the advantages of using a 3D printed heart model for surgical planning in children who have been diagnosed with Congenital Heart Disease (CHD) and clinical heart failure and will undergo a ventricular assist device (VAD) placement. The investigators want to study the correlation of having a 3D printed model with improvement in patient outcomes and compare those with patients who have had a VAD placement without a 3D model.

KRT-232 Versus Best Available Therapy for the Treatment of Subjects With Myelofibrosis Who Are Relapsed or Refractory to JAK Inhibitor Treatment
Recruiting
This study evaluates KRT-232, a novel oral small molecule inhibitor of MDM2, for the treatment of patients with myelofibrosis (MF) who no longer benefit from treatment with a JAK inhibitor. Inhibition of MDM2 is a novel mechanism of action in MF. This study will be conducted in 2 phases. Phase 2 will determine the KRT-232 recommended dose and dosing schedule; Phase 3 will test KRT-232 vs Best Available Therapy (BAT). Patients in the Phase 3 part of the study will be randomized 2:1 to receive ei... Read More
