The purpose of this study is to learn about the safety and the effects of PF-08046037 alone or with sasanlimab for the treatment of certain advanced or metastatic malignancies. This study is seeking participants who: * have advanced or metastatic non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC), head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSCC), melanoma, or pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma (PDAC); * are able to provide tumor tissue samples; * have measurable disease. All participants will receive while at the clinic PF-08046037 alone as an intravenous (IV) infusion (given directly into a vein) or with sasanlimab as a subcutaneous (SQ) injection (given under the skin) once every 3 weeks. Participants will continue to take the study drug(s) until their cancer is no longer responding or if the patient cannot safely take them. The study treatment, BAY 3713372, is under development to treat MTAP (methylthioadenosine phosphorylase)-deleted solid tumors. It is thought to work by blocking the protein arginine N-methyltransferase 5 (PRMT5). This may kill the MTAP-deleted cancer cells while sparing the normal cells. The main objective of this first-in-human study is to check if BAY 3713372 is safe for further testing and find the dose that could be used to treat different cancer types that are also MTAP-deleted in future studies. For this, the researchers will study and analyze: * the number of participants who have adverse events after receiving different doses of BAY 3713372 and their severity. * the number of participants who experience dose-limiting toxicities (DLTs) after receiving different doses of BAY 3713372, their severity and how often they happened. A DLT is a pre-defined medical problem caused by a specific dose of a drug that is too severe to continue using that dose. * the total amount of BAY 3713372 in participants' blood (also called AUC) over time after single and multiple doses. * the highest level of BAY 3713372 in participants' blood (also called Cmax) after single and multiple doses. Other than the main objective, researchers will also check for the number of participants who show a response to treatment and how long they live without the cancer getting worse. The study participants will receive BAY 3713372 (starting from low to high doses) in the study, to find the highest safe dose for further testing. Participants may take the study treatment as long as they benefit from the treatment without any severe medical problems. Participants will visit the study site: * at least twice before the treatment starts * multiple times when they start taking the treatment * once after 30 days of receiving the last dose and every 9 weeks after that until the cancer worsens, or the participant stops for any other reason During the study, the doctors and their study team will: * check participants' health by performing tests such as blood and urine tests, and checking heart health using an electrocardiogram * check if the participants' cancer has grown and/or spread using computed tomography (CT) or magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) and, if needed, bone scan * take tumor samples The study doctors and their team will contact the participants every 3 months until 2 years after the last participant's last dose or the end of the study to learn about the participant's health. This is a multi-center, randomized, double-masked, active-comparator-controlled, Phase 3 study in a broad participant population (treatment-naïve and treatment-experienced) with neovascular (wet) age-related macular degeneration (nAMD). The study will evaluate a single intravitreal (IVT) injection of Ixo-vec compared to an active comparator. The primary endpoint of this study is the mean change in best corrected visual acuity (BCVA) of Ixo-vec compared to an active comparator measured at an average of Weeks 52 and 56. Researchers are looking for new ways to treat people with a type of pulmonary hypertension called combined postcapillary and precapillary pulmonary hypertension (Cpc-PH). This study focuses on Cpc-PH that is caused by heart failure with preserved ejection fraction (HFpEF). Researchers want to know if the study treatment, sotatercept, can treat people with Cpc-PH caused by HFpEF. This is an extension study, which means people who took part in a certain study on sotatercept for Cpc-PH (called a parent study) may be able to join this study. In this extension study, people will take sotatercept and researchers will follow their health for a longer time. The main goal of this extension study is to learn about the long-term safety of sotatercept and if people tolerate it over a longer period of time. Read Less

This study will test the safety of a drug called PF-08046031 in participants with melanoma and other solid tumors that have no current approved treatment or have spread through the body. It will also study the side effects of this drug. A side effect is anything a drug does to the body besides treating the disease. The study will have 3 parts. Part A and B of the study will find out how much PF-08046031 should be given to participants. This is a Phase 2a/b, randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled, parallel-group, 6-arm study to evaluate the efficacy and safety of amlitelimab in adult participants with non-responsive celiac disease (NRCD) who are on a gluten free diet (GFD) with and without simulated inadvertent gluten exposure (SIGE). The primary purpose of this study is to demonstrate the efficacy of subcutaneous (SC) amlitelimab in male and female participants (aged 18 to 75 years, inclusive) with NRCD. The study will assess the effect of amlitelimab when compared to placebo on gluten induced changes in the intestinal mucosa as measured by the villous height to crypt depth (Vh:Cd) ratio. The effect of amlitelimab on participant-reported celiac signs and symptoms along with the safety, tolerability, and pharmacokinetics of amlitelimab will also be studied. Study details include: The study duration will be up to 48 weeks (including a 16-week safety follow-up period) with 10 visits for participants who opt not to enter the optional long-term extension. The study duration will be up to 172 weeks (including an 8-week safety follow-up period) with 22 visits for participants who enter the optional long-term extension.
