A Study to Evaluate the Efficacy, Safety, Pharmacokinetics, and Pharmacodynamics of Satralizumab in Participants With Myelin Oligodendrocyte Glycoprotein Antibody-associated Disease
Recruiting
The main objective of this study is to evaluate the efficacy of satralizumab compared with placebo based on time from randomization to the first occurrence of an adjudicated MOGAD relapse in the double-blind (DB) treatment period. Participants who experience an adjudicated relapse or complete the DB period can enter open-label extension (OLE) period. After the primary clinical cutoff date (CCOD), additional adolescent participants may be enrolled directly into the OLE period.

A Study To Evaluate Pharmacokinetics, Efficacy, Safety, Tolerability, And Pharmacodynamics Of Satralizumab In Pediatric Patients With Aquaporin-4 Antibody Positive Neuromyelitis Optica Spectrum Disorder (NMOSD)
Recruiting
This study will primarily evaluate the pharmacokinetics of satralizumab in pediatric patients aged 2-11 years with anti-aquaporin-4 (AQP4) antibody seropositive neuromyelitis optica spectrum disorder (NMOSD). Efficacy, safety, tolerability, and pharmacodynamics will be evaluated in a descriptive manner, given the small number of patients who will be enrolled in this study.

A Study to Test Different Doses of BI 1831169 Alone and in Combination With an Anti-PD-1 Antibody in People With Different Types of Advanced Cancer (Solid Tumors)
Recruiting
This study is open to adults with different types of advanced cancer (solid tumors) that are accessible for injection and/or biopsy. This is a study for people with a life expectancy of at least 3 months after starting study treatment. The purpose of this study is to find the highest dose of a medicine called BI 1831169 that people with advanced cancer can tolerate when taken with or without a type of antibody called a checkpoint inhibitor (anti-PD-1 antibody). Another purpose is to check whethe... Read More

Skeletal Response to Simulated Night Shift
Recruiting
This small intervention study will determine if simulated short-term night shift work (NSW) negatively alters bone metabolism. The specific aim of the study is to determine if NSW acutely uncouples bone turnover markers (BTMs), if sympathetic tone is a mechanism for this disruption and if a resumption of a normal sleep/wake pattern reverses BTM uncoupling. Our hypothesis is that NSW will reversibly uncouple BTMs via increased sympathetic nervous system (SNS) tone.

Tumor-agnostic Precision Immuno-oncology and Somatic Targeting Rational for You (TAPISTRY) Platform Study
Recruiting
TAPISTRY is a Phase II, global, multicenter, open-label, multi-cohort study designed to evaluate the safety and efficacy of targeted therapies or immunotherapy as single agents or in rational, specified combinations in participants with unresectable, locally advanced or metastatic solid tumors determined to harbor specific oncogenic genomic alterations or who are tumor mutational burden (TMB)-high as identified by a validated next-generation sequencing (NGS) assay. Participants with solid tumors... Read More

Testing the Addition of an Individualized Vaccine to Durvalumab and Tremelimumab and Chemotherapy in Patients With Metastatic Triple Negative Breast Cancer
Recruiting
This phase II trial studies how well nab-paclitaxel, durvalumab, and tremelimumab with or without personalized synthetic long peptide vaccine (neoantigen vaccine) works in treating patients with triple negative breast cancer that has spread from where it first started (primary site) to other places in the body (metastatic). Chemotherapy drugs, such as nab-paclitaxel, work in different ways to stop the growth of tumor cells, either by killing the cells, by stopping them from dividing, or by stopp... Read More
