The study evaluates the safety of different doses of a new medicine called NNC0519 0130. It also looks into how the medicine may improve kidney function in participants with chronic kidney disease with or without type 2 diabetes, living with overweight or obesity. The participants will either get NNC0519-0130 (a new medicine), semaglutide (a medicine that doctors can already prescribe), or placebo (a "dummy" substance). This study is open to people with cirrhosis caused by a liver disease called MASH (metabolic dysfunction-associated steatohepatitis). The purpose of this study is to find out how well a medicine called BI 770371 is tolerated. Participants are put into 2 groups by chance. One group gets BI 770371 as an infusion into a vein and the other group gets placebo as an infusion into a vein. Placebo infusions look like BI 770371 infusions but do not contain any medicine. Participants get an infusion every 3 weeks for 12 weeks. Participants are in the study for about 5 months. During this time, they visit the study site 16 times. This also includes 1 overnight stay at the study site. The doctors regularly check participants' health and collect information on any health problems of the participants. Psoriatic arthritis (PsA) is a chronic inflammatory disease that affects the joints and skin in people who have psoriasis (PsO). The main aim of the study is to know how well zasocitinib (TAK-279) works in participants with active PsA who have not previously been treated with biologic disease-modifying antirheumatic drugs. The purpose of this study is to learn about the safety and effects of the study medicine alone or when given together with other anti-cancer therapies. This study also aims to find the best dose. This study is seeking participants who have solid tumors (a mass of abnormal cells that forms a lump or growth in the body) that: * are advanced (cancer that doesn't disappear or stay away with treatment) and * have a KRAS gene mutation (a change in the DNA of the KRAS gene that can cause cells to grow in very high numbers). This includes (but limited to) the following cancer types: Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer (NSCLC): It's a type of lung cancer where the cells grow slowly but often spread to other parts of the body. Colorectal Cancer (CRC): This is a disease where cells in the colon (a part of large intestine) or rectum grow out of control. Pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma (PDAC): This is a cancer that starts in the ducts of the pancreas but can spread quickly to other parts of the body. Pancreas is a long, flat gland that lies in the abdomen behind the stomach. Pancreas creates enzymes that help with digestion. It also makes hormones that can help control your blood sugar levels. All participants in this study will take the study medication (PF-07934040) as pill by mouth twice a day repeating for 21-day or 28-day cycles. Depending on which part of the study participants are enrolled into they will receive the study medication (PF-07934040 alone or in combination with other anti-cancer medications). These anti-cancer medications will be given in the study clinic by intravenous (IV) that is directly injected into the veins at various times (depending on the treatment) during the 21-day or 28-day cycle. Participants can continue to take the study medication (PF-07934040) and the combination anti-cancer therapy until their cancer is no longer responding. The study will look at the experiences of people receiving the study medicines. This will help see if the study medicines are safe and effective. Participants will be involved in this study for up to 4 years. During this time, they will come into the clinic between 1 to 4 times in each 21-day or 28-day cycle. After they have stopped taking the study medication (at about at 2 years) they will be followed for another two years to see how they are doing. Read Less

The purpose of this study is to generate evidence on an alternative dosing strategy for CDK4/6 inhibitors to help more patients with Metastatic Breast Cancer (MBC) (age ≥ 65 years) tolerate side effects and stay on treatment longer, to derive the most clinical benefit from these drugs. The primary objective of the CDK Study is to compare time to treatment discontinuation (TTD) on the approved dosing for palbociclib (125 mg orally daily on days 1-21 of 28-day cycle) or ribociclib (600 mg orally daily on days 1-21 of 28-day cycle) vs. TTD using titrated dosing approach with the same schedule but starting at a lower dose of palbociclib (100 mg or 75 mg) or ribociclib (400 mg or 200 mg) and escalating the dose if well-tolerated in combination with provider/patient choice endocrine therapy (aromatase inhibitor (AI) or fulvestrant) in patients age 65 or older with HR+/HER2- MBC. The secondary and exploratory objectives will generate evidence needed to personalize treatment decisions by comparing patient-centric secondary outcomes and evaluating baseline factors. Together with their treating physician, participants will choose the CDK4/6 inhibitor (palbociclib or ribociclib) and which endocrine therapy (aromatase inhibitor or fulvestrant) of their choice but will be randomized to either Arm 1 (indicated dosing) or Arm 2 (titrated dosing). The goal of this clinical trial is to evaluate the efficacy, safety and pharmacokinetics of elamipretide in subjects with dry age-related macular degeneration (AMD). The main questions it aims to answer are: what is the rate of change in the macular area of photoreceptor loss in subjects who receive a daily dose of elamipretide compared with those who receive a look-alike substance that contains no active drug, and what is the safety and tolerability of elamipretide daily subcutaneous injections. This study is open to adults 40 years or older with idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis (IPF). People can join the study if they are not on any treatment for IPF are on stable treatment for at least 3 months before starting the study. The purpose of this study is to find out whether a medicine called BI 1819479 helps people with IPF. 3 different doses of BI 1819479 are tested in this study. Participants are put into 4 groups by chance. Participants in 3 groups get different doses of BI 1819479. Participants in 1 group get placebo. Placebo tablets look like BI 1819479 tablets, but do not contain any medicine. Participants take the treatment for 6 months to 1 year. Participants are in the study for up to 1 year and 2 months. During this time, they visit the study site between 10 and 12 times and get up to 11 phone calls from the site staff. At site visits doctors regularly perform breathing tests that measure how well the lungs are working. Researchers compare the results between participants who take BI 1819479 and placebo. The doctors also regularly check participants' health and take note of any unwanted effects. Read Less
