This study plans to learn if creative arts programs that include visual, musical, written, or physical expression can reduce symptoms of burnout syndrome, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), depression, and anxiety in critical care healthcare professionals. This study also explores if creative arts can enhance the connection to the purpose of work, the development of adequate coping skills, while providing time to connect with peers.

Best Available Therapy Versus Autologous Hematopoetic Stem Cell Transplant for Multiple Sclerosis (BEAT-MS)

This is a multi-center prospective rater-masked (blinded) randomized controlled trial of 156 participants, comparing the treatment strategy of Autologous Hematopoietic Stem Cell Transplantation (AHSCT) to the treatment strategy of Best Available Therapy (BAT) for treatment-resistant relapsing multiple sclerosis (MS). Participants will be randomized at a 1 to 1 (1:1) ratio.
All participants will be followed for 72 months after randomization (Day 0, Visit 0).

Comparison of Methods in Post Operative Hip Arthroscopy Rehabilitation

The investigators plan to investigate the efficacy of blood flow restriction (BFR) therapy in post operative rehabilitation following hip arthroscopy. BFR has shown to be great at helping the recovery process. SAGA is a well-known smart training technology company, and the investigators aim to partner with SAGA to use the BFR cuffs as the intervention method. The BFR cuff will be added to the current SOC for hip scope PT for the intervention group.
