This phase II trial studies the effect of lutetium Lu 177 dotatate compared to the usual treatment (everolimus) in treating patients with somatostatin receptor positive bronchial neuroendocrine tumors that have spread to other places in the body (advanced). The Parkinson Progression Marker Initiative (PPMI) is a longitudinal, observational, multi-center natural history study to assess progression of clinical features, digital outcomes, and imaging, biologic and genetic markers of Parkinson's disease (PD) progression in study participants with manifest PD, prodromal PD, and healthy controls.
The overall goal of PPMI is to identify markers of disease progression for use in clinical trials of therapies to reduce progression of PD disability.

Observational Study of Pediatric Rheumatic Diseases: The CARRA Registry

Continuation of the CARRA Registry as described in the protocol will support data collection on patients with pediatric-onset rheumatic diseases. The CARRA Registry will form the basis for future CARRA studies. In particular, this observational registry will be used to answer pressing questions about therapeutics used to treat pediatric rheumatic diseases, including safety questions.

Leniolisib for Immune Dysregulation in CVID

In this study, common variable immunodeficiency (CVID) patients will all receive the study drug, leniolisib, for a treatment period of 6 months. Participants will start on a lower dose of leniolisib, followed by a mid and then a higher dose level. The primary goal is to assess the safety and tolerability of leniolisib, and secondary goal is to assess the potential for leniolisib to provide benefits for patients.
