Study to Continue Treatment With Darolutamide in Patients Who Have Been Participating in Previous Darolutamide Studies Supported by Bayer
Recruiting
The aim of this study is to provide darolutamide treatment to patients who participated in a previous study with darolutamide supported by Bayer and the treating doctor considers that the continuation of the treatment with darolutamide to be beneficial. Patients will be carried over from the previous studies and continue in this study with darolutamide treatment on the same dosage. They will also return to the study centers for doctor's visits as often as they did in the previous study.

Predicting the Quality of Response to Specific Treatments in Patients With cGVHD, PQRST Study
Recruiting
This trial collects clinical data and blood samples to predict the quality of response to specific treatments in patients with chronic graft-versus-host disease (cGVHD) who are about to start a new therapy. Collecting and analyzing clinical data and blood samples from patients with cGVHD before and after treatment initiation may help doctors identify changes that may predict treatment response.

A Study to Assess the Efficacy, Safety, Pharmacodynamics, and Pharmacokinetics of Tazemetostat in Combination With Lenalidomide Plus Rituximab Versus Placebo in Combination With Lenalidomide Plus Rituximab in Adult Patients at Least 18 Years of Age With Relapsed/Refractory Follicular Lymphoma.
Recruiting
The participants of this study would have relapsed/refractory follicular lymphoma. Follicular lymphoma is a type of blood cancer. It is referred to as 'relapsed' when the disease has come back after a period of improvement after that follows a treatment regimen and 'refractory' when treatment no longer works. Stage 1 of this trial will study the safety and the level that adverse effects of each of the study drug combinations can be tolerated (known as tolerability). It is also designed to esta... International Rare Histiocytic Disorders Registry (IRHDR)
Recruiting
The rare histiocytic disorders (RHDs) are characterized by the infiltration of one or more organs by non-LCH histiocytes. They can range from localized disease that resolves spontaneously, to progressive disseminated forms that can be sometimes life-threatening. Since they are extremely rare, there is limited understanding of their causes and best treatment options. Physicians, patients and parents of children with RHDs frequently consult members of the Histiocyte Society regarding the best mana... Read More

Evaluating Informatics-assisted Immune-related Adverse Event Detection to Improve Registration Onto a Biorepository
Recruiting
Immunotherapies have improved cancer outcomes, but have a unique profile of immune-related adverse events (irAEs). Biorepositories have been established to collect data and samples to help improve our understanding of irAEs, however identifying patients who are eligible for these biorepositories in a timely fashion can be challenging. The goal of this study is to determine if an informatics system for automated irAE detection can improve registration to a prospective irAE biorepository (NCT04242... Read More
