This study is a Phase 1/1b clinical trial that aims to determine the Maximally Tolerated Dose of Losartan and Sunitinib Combination Therapy. Patients will first be accrued to the Dose Escalation phase of the study, using a 3+3 design. Medication dosages will increase until a maximally tolerated dose is found. Patients will then be accrued to the Dose Expansion phase of the trial, where efficacy of pre-determined dose will be preliminarily assessed.

COMPASS is a prospective multicenter randomized interventional trial. Participants with ductal-dependent pulmonary blood flow will be randomized to receive either a systemic-to-pulmonary artery shunt or ductal artery stent. The investigators are doing this study to learn more about how to prevent type 2 diabetes in teenage girls. The purpose of this study is to find out if taking part in a cognitive-behavioral therapy group, exercise training group, or a combination of cognitive-behavioral therapy and exercise training groups, decreases stress, improves mood, increases physical activity and physical fitness, and decreases insulin resistance among teenagers at risk for diabetes.
