MMRC Horizon One Adaptive Platform Trial Evaluating Therapies in RRMM
Recruiting
This trial is an adaptive platform trial. The structure of the protocol allows the trial to evolve over time. Multiple investigational arms will be included within the trial under a Master Protocol (MP). These investigational arms may be added as appendices at different times depending on whether they are trial-ready and whether accrual in the trial will support another arm. Accrual to an arm will terminate in accord with the arm's appendix to the Master Protocol.

CGM-Assisted Management of PN
Recruiting
The purpose of this study is to learn more about changes in glucose levels in hospitalized infants with intestinal failure receiving parenteral nutrition or PN (nutrients delivered intravenously), as they transition from continuous PN (given 24 hours a day) to cycled PN (given less than 24 hours a day).
There is an increased risk of glucose abnormalities with cycled PN, which can be harmful to infant growth and brain health. Continuous glucose monitors (CGM) will be used to measure interstitial... Read More

Clinical Study of Antibody-Drug Conjugate MYTX-011 in Subjects With Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer
Recruiting
This is a Phase I open label multi-center study to evaluate the safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetics and preliminary effectiveness of the investigational drug MYTX-011 in patients with locally advanced, recurrent or metastatic NSCLC. MYTX-011 is in a class of medications called antibody drug conjugates (ADCs). MYTX-011 is composed of a pH-dependent anti-cMET antibody and the potent antimicrotubule drug monomethyl auristatin E (MMAE).

Atrial Late Gadolinium Enhancement in Patients with Repaired Congenital Heart Disease
Recruiting
In this research study the investigators want to learn more about how well the investigators can visualize scar tissue in the heart by MRI. In patients with congenital heart disease who need a procedure in the electrophysiology laboratory, how the MRI findings match the findings in the electrophysiology laboratory is not known. This study works to answer these questions. Participants will undergo a cardiac MRI as part of the routine clinical care that was ordered by their doctors and additional... Read More

Effect of Blenderized Enteral Tube Feeds on Pediatric Upper Gastrointestinal Tract Physiology
Recruiting
Blenderized diets consist of a wide range of table foods such as fruits, vegetables, meat and legumes, pureed in a blender and administered via gastrostomy tube. In a recent study, the investigators reported that children receiving blenderized feeds via gastrostomy had fewer total admissions and respiratory admissions, total emergency room visits, and improved gastrointestinal symptom scores compared to those fed formula. The goal of this project is to understand how these diets affect gastroeso... Read More
