Crohn's Disease (CD) is a gastrointestinal disease that can cause chronic diarrhea with or without gross bleeding, abdominal pain, weight loss, and fever. This study will assess the pharmacokinetics, efficacy, and safety of risankizumab in pediatric participants with moderately to severely active CD aged 2 to \< 18 years old who have had intolerance or inadequate response to other therapies. Risankizumab is an approved drug for adults with plaque psoriasis, psoriatic arthritis, and CD and is being developed for the treatment of CD in pediatrics. This study is comprised of 3 cohorts that may participate in 3 substudies (SS). Cohort 1 will enroll participants with ages from 6 to less than 18 years. Cohort 2 will enroll participants with ages from 2 to less than 6 years. Cohort 3 will enroll participants with ages from 2 to less than 18 years. SS1 is an open-label induction period where participants will receive a weight-based induction regimen of risankizumab. SS2 is a double-blind maintenance period where participants will be randomized to receive 1 of 2 doses of weight-based induction regimen of risankizumab. SS3 is an open-label extension period where participants will receive risankizumab based off of their response in SS2. Around 110 pediatric participants with CD will be enrolled at around 100 sites worldwide. Participants in SS1 will receive risankizumab intravenously during the 12-week induction period. Participants in SS2 will receive risankizumab subcutaneously during the 52-week randomized maintenance period. Participants in SS3 will receive risankizumab subcutaneously during the 208-week open label period. Participants will be followed-up for approximately 140 days. There may be higher treatment burden for participants in this trial compared to their standard of care. Participants will attend regular visits during the study at a hospital or clinic. This registry evaluates patient characteristics, real-world treatment patterns, and short- and long-term outcomes in a population of patients in the United States and Europe with symptomatic obstructive hypertrophic cardiomyopathy (HCM) who are receiving mavacamten, receiving other treatment for obstructive HCM, or not receiving treatment for obstructive HCM due to intolerance or failure of prior treatment. This is an open-label study. This means that people in this study and clinic staff will know that they will receive ASP3082. The study aims to check how safe and well-tolerated ASP3082 is for people with advanced solid tumors that have a specific mutation called KRAS G12D. This study will be in 2 parts. In Part 1, different small groups of people will receive lower to higher doses of ASP3082 by itself, or together with cetuximab. Any medical problems will be recorded at each dose. This is done to find suitable doses of ASP3082, by itself or together with cetuximab, to use in Part 2 of the study. The first group will receive the lowest dose of ASP3082. A medical expert panel will check the results from this group and decide if the next group can receive a higher dose of ASP3082. The panel will do this for each group until all groups have received ASP3082 (by itself or together with cetuximab) or until suitable doses have been selected for Part 2. In Part 2, ASP3082 will be given in by itself, or in combination with other chemotherapy agents. Study treatments will be given through a vein. This is called an infusion. Each treatment cycle is 21 or 28 days long. They will continue treatment until: they have medical problems from the treatment they can't tolerate; their cancer gets worse; they start other cancer treatment; or they ask to stop treatment. The purpose of this clinical trial is to learn about the safety and effects of the study vaccine (called COMIRNATY) for the potential prevention of COVID-19. This study is seeking participants who: 1. Are age \<21 years. 2. Have presentation to participating medical center with evaluation in Emergency Room and/or hospitalization. 3. Received either the 1st, 2nd, 3rd or booster dose(s) of COMIRNATY within 7 days of symptom onset. 4. Meet criteria of Centers for Disease Control and Prevention case definition of probable or confirmed myocarditis/pericarditis 5. Are capable of giving signed informed consent/assent (by parents/legal guardians of minors and/or patients), which includes compliance with the requirements and restrictions listed in the Informed Consent/Assent Document and in this protocol OR meets criteria for waiver of consent. This study will examine the potential long-term effects associated with myocarditis/pericarditis following vaccination with COMIRNATY. The association of myocarditis/pericarditis in participants who received the study vaccine (COMIRNATY) compared with those associated with COVID-19 will also be examined. This will help us determine if COMIRNATY is safe and effective, and if there is a myocarditis/pericarditis association that should be noted. Participants will take part in this study for up to 5 years. During this time, they will receive complete cardiac imaging tests, and have follow up visits per guidance stated in the study protocol.
