This research study involves a combination of three drugs given together as a possible treatment for malignant rhabdoid tumor, atypical teratoid rhabdoid tumor, epithelioid sarcoma, chordoma or other tumors that are deficient in one of two possible proteins, either INI-1 (SMARCB1) or SMARCA4.

This prospective, multicenter, 1:1 randomized, controlled trial is designed to evaluate the safety and effectiveness of the Breast Cancer Locator (BCL) in subjects with non-palpable invasive breast cancer or ductal carcinoma in situ (DCIS). Subjects will be randomized to breast conserving surgery (BCS) utilizing either the BCL or wire localization (WL) to guide surgery.

The investigators are doing a study of women with and without binge-eating disorder to learn more about what happens when people engage in everyday decision-making activities. The investigators are interested in learning more about brain activity during everyday decision-making and how everyday decision-making relates to a variety of daily experiences. Examples of everyday decisions include deciding which product to buy, deciding what to eat for a snack, and deciding how to spend free time.

Study to Investigate Genetic Causes of Severe Early Childhood Onset Obesity.

This study aims to investigate genetic causes of early childhood obesity.
The investigators will enroll children and adults with severe early onset obesity (BMI \> 99th percentile) diagnosed prior to 6 years of age. The investigators will ask questions about the health and eating behavior of the participants, and perform a brief physical examination. The investigators will collect saliva or blood to perform genetic testing from the participants and invite family members to enroll in the study.
