CGB-400 Topical Gel for the Treatment of Inflammatory Lesions of Rosacea
This is a multicenter, randomized, double-blind, vehicle-controlled, parallel design study evaluating the efficacy and safety of CGB-400 Topical Gel for the treatment of inflammatory lesions of rosacea. The study consists of a 12-week double-blind treatment period with clinic visits at Baseline (Day 0), and Weeks 2, 4, 8, and 12. Approximately 80 subjects will be enrolled and randomized at a 1:1 ratio to treatment with either CGB-400 Topical Gel (40%) BID or Vehicle Gel BID.
A Study to Investigate Interchangeability of ABP 654 for the Treatment of Participants With Moderate to Severe Plaque Psoriasis
The purpose of the study is to evaluate pharmacokinetic equivalence, efficacy, safety and immunogenicity of multiple switches between ustekinumab and ABP 654 compared with continued use of ustekinumab in participants with moderate to severe plaque psoriasis.

This phase II trial studies whether adding pembrolizumab to olaparib (standard of care) works better than olaparib alone in treating patients with pancreatic cancer with germline BRCA1 or BRCA2 mutations that has spread to other places in the body (metastatic). Assess the Long Term Efficacy and Safety of Ruxolitinib Cream in Participants With Vitiligo
The purpose of this study is to evaluate the duration of response following withdrawal of ruxolitinib cream (Cohort A vehicle group), safety and maintenance of response with continued use of ruxolitinib cream in participants who have completed either Study NCT04052425 or NCT04057573 (parent studies) in which the participants will have been using ruxolitinib cream BID for the previous 28 to 52 weeks depending on their initial randomization in the parent study.
B244 Topical Spray for the Treatment of Pruritus in Adults With a History of Atopic Dermatitis
This is a double-blind, randomized, vehicle-controlled study to assess the efficacy, safety, and tolerability of 2 doses of B244 for the treatment of pruritus in adults with a history of atopic dermatitis. Subjects who meet the study entry criteria will be randomized in a 1:1:1 ratio to receive twice daily topical doses of B244 O.D. 5.0, B244 O.D. 20.0, or vehicle (placebo) for 4 weeks.

Long-Term Safety of ARQ-154 Foam in Subjects With Seborrheic Dermatitis
Open-label, long-term safety study of ARQ-154 foam 0.3% in subjects with seborrheic dermatitis involving up to 20% total Body Surface Area (BSA). Study medication will be applied by the qualifying subjects topically once daily for 52 weeks. Cohort 1 subjects are rollover subjects from a prior ARQ-154 trial. Cohort 2 include treatment naive subjects. Periodic clinic visits will include assessments for clinical safety, application site reactions, and disease improvement or progression.
NFX-179 Topical Gel Treatment in Adults With Neurofibromatosis 1 (NF1) and Cutaneous Neurofibromas (cNF)
This study will enroll and treat subjects with cutaneous neurofibromas with NFX-179, a topical study drug. Eligible subjects will receive treatment for 28 days and be observed by a study doctor for approximately 56 days.
