This is an open-label, prospective, observational, post-market, uncontrolled, multi-center study intended to evaluate the safety and clinical performance of the FITBONE Transport and Lengthening Nail when used according to the manufacturer's Instructions for Use. The FITBONE Transport \& Lengthening Nail is a variant of the FITBONE TAA Nail, which has been commercially available in the US since 2017. The clinical performance and safety of the medical device have been assessed based on mechanical and biomechanical tests and clinical data obtained from scientific publications on equivalent products. This study intends to prospectively obtain clinical safety and performance data on the device, as used according to the manufacturer's Instructions for Use, in the real-world clinical setting. The data obtained from this study will also be used to provide additional clinical evidence to support product registrations, as required by various regulatory bodies outside the US. Eligible participants will have been selected by their physician to be treated with the FITBONE Transport and Lengthening System as part of treatment for their condition or injury. All procedures will be according to the physician's standard care practices. There are no study-specific procedures or requirements for participants in this study. Read Less

Non-Squamous Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer (NSCLC) remains a leading cause of cancer mortality worldwide, with poor survival prospects for metastatic disease. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the optimized dose, adverse events, and efficacy of livmoniplimab in combination with budigalimab plus chemotherapy versus pembrolizumab plus chemotherapy in participants with untreated metastatic non-squamous non-small cell lung cancer. Livmoniplimab is an investigational drug being developed for the treatment of NSCLC. There are 2 stages to this study. In Stage 1, there are 4 treatment arms. Participants will either receive livmoniplimab (at different doses) in combination with budigalimab (another investigational drug) + chemotherapy, budigalimab +chemotherapy, or pembrolizumab +chemotherapy. In Stage 2, there are 2 treatments arms. Participants will either receive livmoniplimab (optimized dose) in combination with budigalimab +chemotherapy or placebo in combination with pembrolizumab +chemotherapy. Chemotherapy consists of IV Infused pemetrexed + IV infused cisplatin or IV infused or injected carboplatin. Approximately 840 adult participants will be enrolled in the study across 200 sites worldwide. Stage 1: In cohort 1, participants will receive intravenously (IV) infused livmoniplimab (dose A)+ IV infused budigalimab, + chemotherapy for 4 cycles followed by livmoniplimab + budigalimab + IV Infused pemetrexed. In cohort 2, participants will receive livmoniplimab (dose B) + budigalimab + chemotherapy for 4 cycles followed by livmoniplimab + budigalimab + pemetrexed. In cohort 3, participants will receive budigalimab + chemotherapy for 4 cycles followed by budigalimab + pemetrexed . In cohort 4, participants will receive IV Infused pembrolizumab + chemotherapy for 4 cycles followed by pembrolizumab + pemetrexed. Stage 2: In arm 1, participants will receive livmoniplimab (dose optimized) + budigalimab + chemotherapy for 4 cycles followed by livmoniplimab + budigalimab + pemetrexed. In arm 2, participants will receive IV Infused placebo + pembrolizumab + chemotherapy for 4 cycles followed by pembrolizumab + pemetrexed. The estimated study duration is 55 months. There may be higher treatment burden for participants in this trial compared to their standard of care. The VA wants to understand what type of integrative and whole health approaches are helpful for Veterans. The study is comparing two primary care based mental health treatments, a mindfulness class that teaches mindfulness meditation and a problem-solving class that teaches problem-solving skills and how to build resilience, for Veterans who are experiencing symptoms of anxiety, depression, and/or PTSD. The goal of the study is to understand if the classes reduce symptoms of anxiety, depression, and/or PTSD and increase overall functioning. Read Less

Study ABX1100-1001 is a first-in-human (FIH), phase 1 study to assess the safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetics and pharmacodynamics of a single ascending dose (SAD) and multiple doses (MD) of ABX1100 administered intravenously to healthy participants and patients with LOPD. * Part A features a SAD study with a double-blind, placebo-controlled, randomized design in NHVs involving 3 cohorts (A1-A3). This Part also includes a single dose, open-labeled cohort (A4) in NHVs which will commence after cohorts A1-3. * Part B is a MD, double-blind, placebo-controlled, randomized design in NHVs. The MD Part B will commence after completion of Cohorts A1, A2 and A3 in the SAD Part A and SRC review of these 3 cohorts. * Part C opened for enrollment after the Safety Review Committee (SRC) review of safety, PK and PD data from both Part A and Part B. This study will monitor patients during the first year following their stroke. Stroke is a very serious condition where there is a sudden interruption of blood flow in the brain. The main aim of the study will be to find out how many of those who experience their first-ever stroke then go on to develop spasticity that would benefit from treatment with medication. Spasticity is a common post-stroke condition that causes stiff or ridged muscles. The results of this study will provide a standard guideline on the best way to monitor the development of post-stroke spasticity. Read Less
