ONC201 in H3 K27M-mutant Diffuse Glioma Following Radiotherapy (the ACTION Study)
Recruiting
This is a randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled, parallel-group, international, Phase 3 study in patients with newly diagnosed H3 K27M-mutant diffuse glioma to assess whether treatment with ONC201 following frontline radiotherapy will extend overall survival and progression-free survival in this population. Eligible participants will have histologically diagnosed H3 K27M-mutant diffuse glioma and have completed standard frontline radiotherapy.

A Study of Mirikizumab (LY3074828) in Pediatric Participants With Crohn's Disease
Recruiting
Study participants will be screened during the platform study and randomly assigned to receive mirikizumab or another intervention. The purpose of the mirikizumab study is to evaluate efficacy, safety, tolerability, and how well mirikizumab absorbs into the body of pediatric participants with Crohn's disease. Study periods for the intervention-specific appendix (ISA) will be as follows: * A 12-week induction period * A maintenance period from Week 12 to Week 52, and * A safety follow-up period... Exercise in Child Health
Recruiting
This study is a cooperative investigation funded by the NIH. The project is a collaboration among three major NIH Clinical Translational Science Awardees: 1) UCI (lead site with its affiliate CHOC), 2) Northwestern University (with its affiliate Lurie Children's Hospital), and 3) USC (with its affiliate Children's Hospital of Los Angeles). There is an increasing number of children who, through medical advances, now survive diseases and conditions that were once fatal, but which remain chronic a... Read More

Quantifying Radiation Induced Vaginal Stenosis
Recruiting
Radiation (RT) affects the vagina by narrowing, tightening and scarring, termed vaginal stenosis (VS). VS occurs in up to 88% of patients treated with radiation for cervical cancer. VS is not well characterized in measurements. There is a lack of understanding of how short and tight the vagina becomes after RT. This study will use specific measurements of the vagina during the routine physician physical exam after RT in the follow up periods: after RT, 3 months, 6 months, and 12 months using a p... IL13Ra2-CAR T Cells With or Without Nivolumab and Ipilimumab in Treating Patients With GBM
Recruiting
This phase I trial studies the side effects and how well IL13Ralpha2-CAR T cells work when given alone or together with nivolumab and ipilimumab in treating patients with glioblastoma that has come back (recurrent) or does not respond to treatment (refractory). Biological therapies, such as IL13Ralpha2-CAR T cells, use substances made from living organisms that may attack specific glioma cells and stop them from growing or kill them. Immunotherapy with monoclonal antibodies, such as nivolumab an... Read More

Recruiting
This phase I trial tests safety, side effects and best dose of iadademstat with azacitidine and venetoclax for the treatment of patients with acute myeloid leukemia (AML) who have not received treatment (treatment naive). Chemotherapy drugs, such as iadademstat and azacitidine work in different ways to stop the growth of cancer cells, either by killing the cells, by stopping them from dividing, or by stopping them from spreading. Venetoclax is in a class of medications called B-cell lymphoma-2 (... Read More
