In this study, researchers will learn more about the effects and safety of BIIB141, also known as omaveloxolone or SKYCLARYS®. This drug has been approved, or made available for doctors to prescribe, for people with Friedreich's Ataxia (FA) who are at least 16 years old. But, it is not yet available for children and teens with FA who are younger than 16 years old. The main objective of this study is to learn how BIIB141 works in the body and about its safety in children and teens who are 2 to 15 years old. The main questions researchers want to answer in this study are: * How does BIIB141 affect the participants' FA symptoms balance and stability? * How many participants have medical problems during the study? * Are there any changes in the participants' overall health during the study? * Are there any changes in the participants' heart health? * Are there any changes in how the participants move through puberty? Puberty is the time in someone's life when their body changes from a child to an adult. Researchers will also learn more about: - How the body processes BIIB141 in children and teens This study will be done as follows: * Participants will be screened to check if they can join the study. The screening period will be up to 28 days, after which participants will check into their study research center. * There are 2 parts in this study. During Part 1, participants will take either BIIB141 or a placebo once a day. * In Part 1, participants will take BIIB141 or the placebo in a study research center on Day 1, and then at in-person visits at Week 4, Week 12, Week 26, and Week 52. On all other days, they will take BIIB141 or the placebo at home. Part 1 lasts up to 52 weeks. * During Part 2, participants from Part 1 will either continue taking BIIB141 or start it if they were taking the placebo. Part 2 will last up to 104 weeks. * In Part 1, participants will have up to 10 visits to their study research center and a phone call at Week 2. In Part 2, participants will have visits at Weeks 4, 8,12, 26, and every 26 weeks after that until they leave the study, and a phone call at Week 2. The goal of this clinical trial is to learn if engaging with an digital intervention may improve cognitive function. The main questions it aims to answer are: 1. Does engagement in with a digital intervention improve working memory? 2. Does engagement in with a digital intervention improve inhibitory control? Researchers will compare two different digital interventions to assess whether they may be helpful in improving cognitive function. Participants will conduct study activities remotely (e.g., at-home): 1. Baseline Assessment. Complete a series of cognitive assessments and surveys. 2. Intervention. Engage in a digital intervention for up to 8 weeks. 3. Post Intervention Assessment. Complete the same cognitive assessments and surveys as the Baseline Assessment. 4. Follow-Up Assessment. Six months after the intervention ends, participants will complete the same cognitive assessments and surveys as the Baseline Assessment. Read Less

Researchers are looking for ways to treat germinal center B-cell-like diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (GCB DLBCL). DLBCL is a fast-growing blood cancer that affects B-cells. GCB is a type of DLBCL that affects young B-cells that are still maturing. The goal of this study is to learn if more people who receive zilovertamab vedotin (MK-2140) and R-CHP have the cancer respond (go away) than those who receive polatuzumab vedotin and R-CHP. This phase I trial tests the safety, side effects, and best dose of triapine in combination with radiation therapy in treating patients with glioblastoma or astrocytoma that has come back after a period of improvement (recurrent). Triapine may stop the growth of tumor cells by blocking some of the enzymes needed for cell growth. Radiation therapy uses high energy x-rays, particles, or radioactive seeds to kill cancer cells and shrink tumors. Giving triapine in combination with radiation therapy may be safe, tolerable, and/or effective in treating patients with recurrent glioblastoma or astrocytoma. Read Less

This is a multi-center, randomized, double-masked, active-comparator-controlled, Phase 3 study in a broad participant population (treatment-naïve and treatment-experienced) with neovascular (wet) age-related macular degeneration (nAMD). The study will evaluate a single intravitreal (IVT) injection of Ixo-vec compared to an active comparator. The primary endpoint of this study is the mean change in best corrected visual acuity (BCVA) of Ixo-vec compared to an active comparator measured at an average of Weeks 52 and 56. Researchers are looking for new ways to treat people with a type of pulmonary hypertension called combined postcapillary and precapillary pulmonary hypertension (Cpc-PH). This study focuses on Cpc-PH that is caused by heart failure with preserved ejection fraction (HFpEF). Researchers want to know if the study treatment, sotatercept, can treat people with Cpc-PH caused by HFpEF. This is an extension study, which means people who took part in a certain study on sotatercept for Cpc-PH (called a parent study) may be able to join this study. In this extension study, people will take sotatercept and researchers will follow their health for a longer time. The main goal of this extension study is to learn about the long-term safety of sotatercept and if people tolerate it over a longer period of time. Read Less
