Alopecia areata (AA) is a chronic relapsing autoimmune disease characterized by nonscarring hair loss affecting children, adolescents, and adults across all ages, races, and genders. AA primarily affects the scalp; however, it also can affect nails, eyelashes, eyebrows, and other hair follicles on the patient's body. The 3 main types of AA are: * Patchy alopecia (PA), as seen in 90% of clinical diagnoses * Alopecia totalis (AT), that affects all scalp hair * Alopecia universalis (AU), involving all scalp, face, and body hair Dermatologist preferences for utility and order of skin-directed therapies to treat AA vary widely, with treatment choices based on various factors such as patients' age, disease duration and severity (Meah et al., 2020). Ritlecitinib is a bioavailable small molecule that irreversibly binds to Janus kinase-3 (JAK3) and Tyrosine kinase Expressed in the hepatocellular Carcinoma kinase family (TEC). Ritlecitinib 50 mg once daily was approved by the FDA 23 June 2023 and EMA 20 July 2023 for the treatment of severe alopecia areata in adults and adolescents 12 years of age and older. In Japan, ritlecitinib was approved on 26 June 2023 for the treatment of alopecia areata (limited to intractable cases involving widespread hair loss). Additional countries have since approved ritlecitinib. Those approvals are based on the results of the ritlecitinib pivotal phase 2b/3 study (ALLEGRO 2b/3) which examined efficacy and safety of ritlecitinib in AA patients globally. Despite positive results from the ALLEGRO program, there is still lack of evidence on ritlecitinib patients' characteristics and clinical outcomes in routine clinical practice. The investigators will evaluate patient and disease characteristics, treatment patterns, and clinical and patient-reported outcomes among patients with AA who are receiving ritlecitinib. The aim of this study is to measure effectiveness of ritlecitinib in a real-world setting. Ritlecitinib will be prescribed to patients according to the approved product label. Protocol GVO-1102 is a phase 1, open label, multi-center study in adult patients with locally advanced or metastatic solid tumors. This study includes two parts: dose escalation and dose expansion. In the dose escalation phase, GEN2 will be administered at increasing dose levels via intravenous infusion or intratumoral injection on Days 1, 3 and 8 every 4 weeks. Valganciclovir will start dosing on Day 12 and continue for 10 days (through Day 21). Once a recommended dose has been defined in approximately 35-45 patients, the dose expansion phase will initiate to further assess intravenous administration of GEN2 in specific tumor types. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the change in the expression of treatment targets on the surface of tumor cells (Prostate Specific Membrane Antigen (PSMA), Somatostatin Receptor 2 (SSTR2), and Gastrin Releasing Peptide Receptor (GRPR) between the start and after the completion of radioligand therapy (RLT). Study will use radioligand imaging (RLI) to determine predominantly expressed target on the surface of tumor cells. Based on predominant expression of target, corresponding RLT targeting PSMA, SSTR2, or GRPR RLT will be given for up to 6 cycles every 6 weeks as intravenous (i.v.) injection in participants with metastatic neuroendocrine prostate cancer (mNEPC). This study is researching an experimental drug called fianlimab (also known as REGN3767), combined with another medication called cemiplimab (also known as REGN2810), called "study drugs". The study is focused on patients with a type of skin cancer known as melanoma. The aim of the study is to see how safe and effective the combination of fianlimab and cemiplimab is in treating melanoma, in comparison with the combination of two medications, relatlimab and nivolumab, commercialized under the brand name Opdualag™ and approved for the treatment of melanoma in adults and children. This clinical trial is studying solid tumor cancers. A solid tumor is one that starts in part of your body like your lungs or liver instead of your blood. Once they've grown bigger in one spot or spread to other parts of the body, they're harder to treat. This is called advanced or metastatic cancer. Participants in this study must have breast cancer or gastric cancer. Participants must have tumors that have HER2 on them. This allows the cancer to grow more quickly or spread faster. There are few treatment options for patients with advanced or metastatic solid tumors that express HER2. This clinical trial uses an experimental drug called disitamab vedotin (DV). Disitamab vedotin is a type of antibody drug conjugate or ADC. ADCs are designed to stick to cancer cells and kill them. This clinical trial uses a drug called tucatinib, which has been approved to treat cancer in the United States and some other countries. This drug is sold under the brand name TUKYSA®. This study will test how safe and how well DV with tucatinib works for participants with solid tumors. This study will also test what side effects happen when participants take these drugs. PUMA-ALI-4201 is a Phase 2 study evaluating alisertib monotherapy in patients with pathologically-confirmed small cell lung cancer (SCLC) following progression on or after treatment with one platinum-based chemotherapy and anti-PD-L1 immunotherapy agent. Up to one additional systemic anti-cancer therapy for SCLC is allowed, for a total of up to two prior lines of therapy.
